I truly do not understand FedEx that does not ship FedEx labeled box.. they want money to buy a new box this is extortion that is it..FedEx and Paying them and they want to make more more ...anyway taking my business somewhere else

Poor customer service. Wouldn't accept a FedEx account return because they didn't have boxes in stock. Offered no real solution other than go to another FedEx.An authorized dealer down the street accepted it.

This review is in relation to the FedEx Located at 12361 Barker Cypress Rd 77429.Horrible service that has cost me a lot of money because someone at FedEx likely stole my item. I went into this FedEx and packed an $800 phone, that was in an original box, with the individual at the desk, sealed the padded envelope and gave it to the person at the desk. Several weeks later I received an email from Samsung indicating they did not receive the phone. They emailed me a picture of an empty padded envelope. When I went to this FedEx location to inquire about what happened, the Manager, Nate, reviewed the security footage and did confirm that the footage does show I packed the phone there and that it was picked up by a driver. He helped me file a claim, which I thought was very helpful. We included the picture sent by Samsung. Three weeks go by and I haven't heard anything. I go back into the FedEx location and am given their claim departments phone number. I'm told the claim was denied because Samsung needs to file the claim because they provided the shipping label. I contacted Samsung and they indicated they don't file any claims because I was the owner of the phone. Because of this I'm still being charged for a phone I no longer have. The FedEx manager indicated he would escalate things further. Two months go by and nothing. I go back into the FedEx, reiterate my issue. I'm told the manager was busy but that I would receive a call that day. I received no call. I'm still fighting with them to recoup the $800 loss. Next step is to file a police report. Zero help from FedEx. Just getting the runaround.

I printed a couple of copies today and I received very good service from the staff with beautiful, quality color copies. They helped me with the printing from my USB and then called me shortly after I left to notify me that I had forgotten to take my USB before leaving. Very helpful and very, very thank-full!

I needed something printed for a client of mine to pick up at this FedEx location. Ethan and team made the process simple and stress-free. I was impressed with the customer service and was appreciative of getting the last thing on my to do list done before the holiday.

It's your average FedEx store it's convenient and a couple of the employees are fairly friendly, it will not be a life changing experience,nor will you want to vacation there it's 4 walls with an over abundance of white and brown boxes and people who feel it could move quicker but it serves it purpose more than I can say for a lot of places teeming with gen-zers without social skills ,but I prefer it over others as of course it's in Cypress which always is a plus, so put on your Sundays best , load the kids into the midsize japanese suv and ship those packages til the cows come home

I frequently visit the Fed Ex Office on Barker Cypress. The staff inside provides exceptional service. Jada greets every customer with such a great smile that lights the room. Nate is the manager that is patient with helping me unpack unusual tasks. I have also recognized Joshua who goes the extra mile to help me. Thanks again for having such a consistent team that provides exceptional service. Thumbs way UP!

I'd highly recommend avoiding this location. I was returning an item from walmart online so the return shipping label/QR code was already provided by walmart. I packaged the item in the original walmart shipping box it came in and the fedex associate said I couldn't use that box because according to him, it had been previously used to ship alcohol. It was never used for alcohol before. The labeling on the box was because the item has a battery in it. I was charged over $12 to use one of their boxes instead.

Went to get my passport photo to Mahe sure it was right. There are certain required specs for digital photos. The person at the counter didn't know anything about the specs or how to get me the photo as needed. She called over the manager who said they could just give me the picture to resize myself but I would have had to bring a flash drive which is not communicated anywhere. They were unwilling to size the size the photo to fit the government standards. This is not my first issue with this location and in guess I haven't learned my lesson to not come here anymore. Don't advertise passport photos if you can't walk out with a photo ready to go.
