As a Notary Public with On Spot Mobile Notary, I frequently ship urgent documents across all 50 states, often to Secretary of State offices, title companies, and mortgage lenders. Timely overnight shipping is critical for my clients.
This FedEx location consistently provides fast, attentive service, even during tight cut-off times. Just last evening, Mr. Josh helped me two minutes before closing and ensured my shipment went out on time. His professionalism and efficiency truly stood out.
I highly recommend this FedEx office for reliable overnight, business, and personal shipping needs!

My son is disabled and in a wheelchair. He needed to return something to Amazon and ask me to take him to this store. We arrived only to find the big FedEx truck blocking the handicap parking lot spot and the ramp in front of the store. You need to be aware of blocking handicap ramps. I had to pop the curb with my son’s wheelchair to be able to get into the store. My son has non epileptic seizures. My son was having trouble pulling up the information and asked if there was any way to get this shipped back to Amazon. The lady behind the counter was very rude in her response to my son’s questions. We decided to leave and go a different way to ship this back because she was not helpful. As we were leaving my son had an episode come on and not one employee asked if we needed help. The FedEx driver continued to load his truck and walked right pass us. Two strangers ended up stopping to help us. The one stranger told the FedEx driver to move his truck so we could get my son in the car. Thankfully the stranger helped put my son in the car and asked if we needed anything else. I am very disappointed in the service of this FedEx store employees and the driver of the the FedEx truck. I will not be returning to this store!

wifi network is not working for more than a month now. Any time I asked for employees help they pretend they are surprised there's a problem but never offered any solution. Tried contacting support on fedex website, called customer service. Waste of time.

Don't go here for your passport. Go to Tomball post office it cost $35. They charged me $178 to have it held up for a month and then returned. Paid $178 for a runaround with no service.

I was a bit leery coming here because the reviews are so bad but I said, “I just need pricing”. I thought I would likely not have a negative experience her. Boy was I wrong. No one was in the store yet the guy was sitting there having a conversation with another employee about his Father’s Day and how he got hammered from XX beer that he got as a give. Moving forward, he asked how he could Help me. I let him know that I needed pricing for international shipping. He told me that I would need to Google the country ZIP Code and he made a comment “every country has a zip code”. He then instructed me to open up maps on my phone to find the ZIP Code. When I did, I asked him if there was anyone else there that could help that knew about international shipping. He stopped and said I’ll go get my phone. When I showed him what I was looking at on my phone and that I couldn’t find the ZIP Code he then said well I told you to open the maps not in Google. I politely grabbed my box and walked out. My advice to management is get employees that actually want to help. I would rather drive 7 miles out of the way then come back here. And he would rather have inappropriate conversations with his coworker, then help.

A good place generally except for one girl clerk who behaves very spitefully towards customers and will try to punish you by changing terminals and forcing you to read/spell every detail. Block out a good 1/2 hour if you plan to endure this. She will refuse to type anything without you reading it to her. It’s “easy” for her, she says. I prefer not to read out sensitive information especially FED EX account numbers.

The two staff in the shop are great. They are very good at helping people. My previous label has expired.They are still waiting patiently for me to get a new label.They could have asked me to come back tomorrow But they helped me anyway.
