I used Houston Mini Storage for a year while I was overseas on a deployment. I showed up last minute and Mrs. BJ Bains made it such an easy process for me. I did not once have an issue with the place or management. And got back to find my unit in mint condition as I left it. So it was nice to come home and know all my things were kept safe. Zero issues with mice or bugs.

Great super clean storage place! We checked out three others near Fairfield. This one is the best run of the four. BJ, the manager, is an outstanding person with years of experience. She makes sure the facility is spotless, both inside the units and on the grounds. Best storage facility in the area.

Grest place , proffesional, safe, BJ the Manger lives on property and is incredible ,has the family owned and run experience feel to it ,very friendly been there many years. All sizes to chose from and climate control options as well. I highly recommend this storage facility!

Great place to do business, they provide excellent service and support over the past 4.5 years. Great facility well kept and maintained, we used the climate control and our storage items were in great condition.I highly recomend Fairfield Mini Storage and BJ is the best!!

Great storage facility and wonderful people managing the facility. Have rented a large unit for approximately 6 years and have never had any pest problems (including mice, roaches and spiders). The entire layout, storage facilities, office and property, is always clean.

In a world of bad storage experiences, Fairfield Mini Storage is a different kind of place. BJ cares about her customers and goes above and beyond. I don't like to do business with big companies, I do business with people. I would recommend her establishment to anyone. Top notch.

I highly recommend Fairfield mini storage. The staff is helpful, professional, and proactive to avoid issues. Over the years I have used this facility for multi-reasons including: inside boat storage, temp. controlled storage, and general storage. Each time my storage needs ended, they remained pleasant and immediately stopped future billings. The place is clean, secure, and well managed.
