The worst. So unorganized and shelves never stocked. Sad part is it’s not even the managers fault because half the time she’s the only one working so I would say this falls back on Dollar General as a corporation. You cannot expect your only employee to run that busy store and stock. What you are doing is paying these young ladies to come there and talk on their phones and stand around and take selfies when obviously there are aisles and aisles full of carts of products that belong on the shelf! When I see people stocking it’s always the same lady! I started going to this store because it’s convenient and was nice. Now I pay more at Kroger bc I know it’s on the shelf and I don’t have to move heavy carts out of my way to get to what I want to buy from their store. You guys got to do better than that. Totally ridiculous to have that busy of a store and nothing stocked and 1 employee and 1 cash register. I’ll drive to Walmart to avoid that headache

Walked in 2 minutes before closing not to shop but to give a family member their car keys because I had to leave and as soon as I walk in the dark hair manger with a low ponytail started complaining to the other employee about the audacity of customers who walk in 2 minutes before closing and how she's tired and wants to go home. Maybe if she would have told me as soon as I walked in instead of talking smack then I would have gladly told her that I wasn't there to buy anything but to leave someone their keys. If you're that bothered of seeing people going in and out of the store then why bother working there. I don't care how long or horrible your day was, if you're on the clock getting paid then it doesn't take a lot to treat customers with respect or tell them respectfully the closing hours. This general dollar really needs to step up their game when hiring someone.

The old woman with gray hair is very bad and always gives her the products and once the police even arrived. She is bitter and rude to everyone and always throws things at us.

Older gray haired lady I assume the manager has severe mental health issues. Very rude and hateful. The last time I was in. I finally said something about it. And she screamed at me she would give me a phone number and nobody cared. Unbelievable , And very Unprofessional. Dollar general must not care

This was my first visit to this store. I had never shopped at any Dollar General Stores before this day, and my husband is always bragging about all the great name brand merchandise that's in stock and how there's never a long line when he's ready to check out. He really loves this store, so I finally decided to give them a try. Because I despise crowded stores with human beings crawling around like fire ants, I told my husband this could be a great fit for me. I try my best to avoid the Super Walmart Centers, and instead I go for the smaller Neighborhood Walmart Stores, because they're less crowded. So if you're anything like me, and one of your pet peeves is despising when your personal space is disregarded by others, then this review is for you my friend. First, the customer service that I received from the cashier upon entering and leaving the store was wonderful. She was super friendly and welcoming. However, the workers that were working the floor sort of worked my nerves as I was attempting to do some shopping. They were everywhere with boxes of merchandise and ladders. The downside is that it's already tiny and cramped inside the building, and then there's several workers on various aisles looking at you as if you're in their way as you're trying to shop. During my days of working retail, we were trained to let the customers have the floor while they are shopping, and when the customers leave the aisle, then continue to unload boxes and stock shelves. However, it's actually common sense to do this for customers. A person does not need to be trained to know that you should move out of the customers' way so that they can shop. Besides, it's a little dangerous having boxes of merchandise and ladders all over the aisles, because a customer could trip over the boxes and hurt themselves. Secondly, my husband was correct when he said that they have all the name brands that we like, such as Dawn dish liquid, Gain detergent, Downey Freshener, Bounty paper towels, Charmin tissue paper, the variety box of Frito Lay Chips, etc...and there wasn't any long lines as I was checking out. In fact, there wasn't anyone standing in line when I approached the checkout counter. So, there is certainly an upside to shopping at this store. However, I advise shoppers to shop at their own risk. One may find all of the great name brand items that they love but it may literally cost them an arm and a leg with all the hazardous mishaps going on. So please try not to break a leg as you're attempting to shop and maneuver around the workers, their ladders, and their boxes of merchandise that so gracefully clutters the aisles. Overall, I'm not a huge fan of this establishment, but I found all of the items in stock that I would find at the Walmart Neighborhood Stores. Although this store was not overflowing with customers surrounding you at every corner you turn, it was still crowded with merchandise, workers, and ladders, which was extremely annoying. In my opinion, this speaks of an unorganized and unsafe environment. Also, the prices were not less expensive than any other regular store, such as Kroger, Target, or Walmart. As a matter of fact, I spent the same amount of money for the same products that I would purchase at the Walmart Neighborhood Store. So, if I were to weigh the pros and cons on a balance scale, the cons would definitely win this round. The chances of me returning to this store to do some heavy shopping are extremely slim. I gave them three stars. I did not have a fabulous experience but it was okay. They just have too much going on for me inside of that tiny building. I get annoyed and claustrophobic easily, lol. It's not for me.

Older grey haired lady, possibly a manager, very rude and unhelpful. Approached me with attitude within minutes of being in the store. Makes me wonder how anyone wants to buy anything from here..

Great vibes . Ms. Deborah helped me out and was very polite. However the manager named "Karen" was very rude to her when she was helping me out . I didn't appreciate that at all and she was very unprofessional.

The store was a little rough but i gave this place 5 stars for customer service, I was looking for an item and an employee overheard me and took me right to the item. She was so sweet, I didnt get her name but every retail store needs to have one of her.
