My car died on me and took it to Dane's and found out the alternator was the issue and they fixed it. When I picked it up, there was a problem with the service belt and they took accountability for it and fixed it the next day with no extra charge. Good service and owner, can't complain about that, my car is running good again. Thanks Dane and if I ever have any issues with my car I'll be calling ya'll again.

Unfortunately, my experience at Dane’s Auto Repair was highly disappointing. I brought my car in to fix an electrical issue, only to be charged an exorbitant amount of money and left with the exact same problem. When I approached the staff to inquire about the work done, they showed a complete lack of concern or attention. It’s frustrating to receive such poor service after investing both time and money. I would strongly advise against using their services in the future.
Furthermore, it’s evident that the staff have lost all sense of empathy and willingness to assist others. Their sole focus appears to be on extracting money from customers, rather than genuinely solving their automotive issues. It’s a disheartening realization that they resort to deceptive practices, leading customers to believe their vehicles have been repaired when, in reality, the problems persist unresolved. This blatant disregard for integrity and customer satisfaction is deeply concerning and warrants a cautionary warning to others seeking automotive services.

We decided to get a second opinion on some work that we needed done. While the first thing we didn't get done there I was very impressed with how good communication was and how they worked with us. So I ended up bringing our other car there for work. I was very satisfied with the work and speed with which they got it completed. Will use them again. If you are looking for a place, you can't go wrong with Danes Auto Repair.
