The best loan process experience ever, everything was so fast and done so perfect that got our loan approved and we closed on the house faster than we anticipated. Todd, the loan officer is the best, he explains everything, very knowledgeable and makes everything seems super simple and easy, not to mentioned that he is very honest and will guide you correctly. He always responds to all your emails, calls and address all your concern. This is the second time my family has used him for loan process and its been the best top service! I recommend him 100%

Todd is excellent! Used him for our mortgage in 2017 and a refinance just this past week - everything has been perfect! He is extremely kind, helpful, and makes the whole process so clear and easy. He makes everything simple from beginning to end and has some of the best and quickest communication I've ever had with anyone.
I will use Cypress Mortgage for any future mortgage needs and will be recommending him to anyone who needs these services. It's a great way to support a local business while at the same time get some of the best service I've ever received.

Todd is personable, detail oriented, patient, and diligent! There was no trouble at all closing on time, and both his fees and rates were extremely competitive. Because of that, paired with exceptional service, I know we would use Cypress Mortgage again!
