If you want The Best possible care for your pet, this is where you come! Everyone is very caring. The folks at Cypress Fairhaven love their job and love animals. Kind, nice people. For cats, they go upstairs in their own area away from dogs. But there has never been multiple animals in the lobby/waiting rooms. Just one, sometimes. No mutiple animals and all the chaos. I just love it. And more importantly my cats. It's already a stressful day for my cats at least. I appreciate how they cater to them. And no long waits. Great job with scheduling. I've have brought 3 pets in for various issues and everything goes so smoothly always. They let you know your options. Just like when we go to the Dr, they can add on other tests. They explain everything to you. There is No pressure! I've noticed it every time. They give my animals better care than I've received from some doctors. No joke. You might be able to tell I'm a talker? and they listen to everything and answer every question, patiently. They make you feel important and focus completely on the pet and you. This is the best care my animals have ever received. I've been to a lot more than a handful of vets. I am extremely picky. And I've had some very bad experiences. So it's vital to me to have the highest quality of care. There is a huge difference. Oh and I think there is 11 veterinarians there... it's so easy to get in. 2 appointments of mine, my pets where seen that day. No emergency visit charge or any bs charges ever. They aren't there to rake you over the coals. They are there because they truly care. (Side note, they keep this place cleaner and so much nicer than some medical facilities for people! It never smells like a vets office either. Sometimes you walk in to one and the animal smell is overwhelming. Not here.) I'm not a review type of gal but I have to share this with every pet owner. Everything here is superior, 5 stars on everything. I want people to feel what I Finally, Finally feel, that my babies are in the best possible hands! Takes a lot stress off of you. And I originally found out about them because my friend's dog had a serious stomach/ eating issue. Several vets could not figure it out. This was the last hope. But guess what, Cypress Fairhaven figured it out and saved that dog's life! That dog was on his deathbed, and they saved him! I'm telling you, there is something special here! And one of my babies was euthanized with them...they went above and beyond!!! I am forever grateful for all of their deep compassion and loving care. It made a big difference and truly helped us!! I will never forget that?

My cat Kookie was so comfortable with the staff there! I’ve been to other vets where my cats have left horrified so it was really nice that my baby left happier than she came in. The vet took the time to educate me on enrichment and diet. It was very valuable information and easier to absorb than just being handed a pamphlet!

We just got home from our senior checkup for my dog, and it was such a great experience! Dr Hennessey truly cares about the animals, and goes to great lengths to make sure that the care is affordable. He spent a lot of time patiently explaining things and answering ALL of my questions (and I had a lot!). I met the Dr in 2004 at another clinic and was VERY impressed by him, and we were thrilled when he opened his office in Cypress. All the vets at this hospital are great, but I see Dr H when there’s something special going on. Also, Daniel, our vet tech today was amazing and he naturally put my normally anxious and reactive dog at ease. That young man has a special gift with animals and I hope he is our tech on future visits! Thank you CFAH for taking such great care of our family.

Cypress Fairhaven is a great place to take your pets. The vets are caring and knowledgeable. The boarding and grooming are great as well.

Dr Amber Woodin, Dr Hennessy and their entire staff have been wonderful. I’ve never been to a veterinary clinic where every single staff member we spoke to was kind and gentle. We had two of our Yorkies fixed here, and they did great. HIGHLY recommend this place. They are thorough and professional.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here with all of the staff! They’ve taken care of several of our dogs. Each person is so attentive to the personalities of the pets and take their time with them when they notice the pet is nervous/scared. I will continue to drive out of my way to take my pets here!
