I've been at this box for years. Great coaches and owners. They keep an eye on you, and program workouts that leave you exhausted.
Not a Broish environment.
If you need to get in shape, get in there and get after it.

Cypress crossfit gym is definitely a high quality gym with amazing coaches who care. Don't be afraid to come and check it out because there are so many people and 1st timers that relate to where you are. I have been a part of a crossfit gym a few years ago in 2017 and I have never felt as comfortable as I do here. The trainers will motivate and push you with every workout while making sure your movements are done correctly. Trainers also will modify any workout you are doing to those who are just starting out and new to crossfit. The comradery in every group so far is nothing that you can get in a regular gym. My new hangout after a long day to decompress! I haven't felt this good in some time. Thanks CCFG!

I couldn’t find a better place to start my fitness journey! I love that they are pet friendly. Also, I am coming with my mom, which is 80 years old and the trainers dedicate their time to help her adjusting every exercise to her begging level.Additionally, they have small groups so it feels like working out with the family.There is no gym in the Cypress area like this one. My mom and I love it!

Dropped in while in town for work. Rosemary was awesome! Very accommodating and friendly. It was also the cleanest Crossfit gym I have ever been in. Would certainly recommend!
