i came here about a month ago i asked to go from dark brown to black i felt very judged and my hair is not black it is a dark brown and multiple of the stylists treated me like a child but i am 22 years
old they kept asking if my mom was ok with it and made judging looks and voices when i said i wanted to go black i'm very upset with how my hair looks i cannot get that money back

Look no further! This salon is one of the best ones I've been at. Kinzie was my hair stylist, and she made me feel comfortable, especially since I have been struggling with hair loss. She's the best!

I gave a 1 star due to cypress classic hair did not tell me til I arrived that they switched me to a different stylist and the French braid I paid to have done fell out after not even a whole day of wear. Ridiculous.

The best place for hair in Cypress! Once again, my cut and color turned out so cute. Consistent, quality service and products. I always feel like I'm visiting old friends and can't wait to go back. Thank you to Cathy, Kenzie, and crew.

First, I was told my hairdresser didn’t do hair anymore when I called for an appointment (which isn’t true) and then wouldn’t provide me with my color combination (which I provided initially). As a paying customer and as someone who brought my own hair color formula to the salon, this is completely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this salon. If I could give zero stars I would since as a business, that is what is deserved. Choose another salon to spend your money at.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with the salon until today. Do not get me wrong the ladies are very sweet but I went in for a bang trim, I asked for kind of a wispy bang that I could move out the way of my face every once and a while and I even showed her a picture. I feel like I got played and my bangs look quite awful to say the least, usually I wouldn’t be upset if I was able to save it but they were cut too short that it is just un-savable at this point. Unfortunately I get too scared to speak up so I just paid for my service and left. I do not know what the name was of the person who cut them, and honestly I do not care, she knows she messed up too because she was struggling to style them and kept cutting off more to try and make them look better. Ultimately I’m super upset because this was really my go to salon, but I guess this taught me a lesson amongst anything.

Just moved to the area from West Texas. Have been searching for a new hairdresser/ Salon but I've been taking my time because I don't like just anyone doing my hair. I had to attend a funeral and needed my hair done! I reached out to the salon and scheduled a appointment with Rita for 10am. She didn't arrive until 10:30. When I scheduled my appointment I told them what I needed and even provided the formula for my hair that my previous hairdresser of 8 years gave me. At the time I was quoted one price which was more than I ever paid but I know everything is going to be different with location. So , I was there from 10am to 4pm!!!! My color came out nice other than after pulling my hair up I realized I still have grey hairs! Never once was it brought to my attention that the price would change nor were any add on or upcharges discussed. I've always had self employed stylist and honestly thought this was the same. When I got ready to pay she slapped me with a total of $378!!!! I normally pay $140-$170 for my hair. It's literally a little past my shoulders and what took her 6 hours normally take 3.5 , 4 Max! No round brush blow out and when Rita went to straighten my hair she realized the middle was still wet. After I got home I kept smelling hair color or something and noticed the middle of my hair wasn't rinsed all the way. I was charged $20 for a conditioning treatment when the entire bottle is only $40! I believe when your dealing with clients prices should be discussed before just doing things. I have never paid that much for my hair and will NEVER return or recommend this place for mediocre chain experience. They work off commission so they add and add so that they make money but honestly just lose clients that way. The salon is nice and has alot of seating but I would stay away unless your okay with a over priced fresh out of school, chain like experience.

I went in for a happy hour blow out and did not have a pleasant experience.I have very long hair, I understand the necessary upcharges for related services- I promise I do. I was charged double for my hairstylist to manhandle my hair and provide a subpar blow-out. With a blow-out, I believe the average person expects a shampoo, condition, and blow-dry with a barrel brush, because that barrel brush gives the volume typically associated with blow-outs. I was given a blow-out with a paddle brush only, because my stylist couldn't manage my hair with a barrel brush. She couldn't use a barrel brush because she refused to comb/brush my hair the proper way. She only ever started at the top of my head and tried to force her way through the compounding knots she was creating. I spent the rest of the day with a headache, and frizzy hair, with no volume. My head is still tender 1 day later and I am not tender headed in the slightest. If I knew all I was getting was a paddle brush blow-dry, I wouldn't have gone it, let alone paid double for something I can do at home.CCH is getting 2 stars because this was only 1 stylist in an entire salon, the salon was beautiful, the staff was friendly, I will probably go back- but for a different stylist.
