These dudes don’t care about the TCG community and have terrible customer service. If you need help don’t expect their employees to care or attempt to help.

Net met anyone so it’s a 2. Can’t say much about the staff, because they weren’t there. I came in and stayed 5 minutes with no one coming out or even acknowledging I was there. I hope these guys can turn that around. There aren’t many shops near by. Which is probably why this one still exists.

after searching for pokemon cards forever after all the recent hype around them, i finally was able to snag a few. the staff is very friendly, even gave my little one a pikachu card. :) will be coming back.

My wife went in by herself to get a present for me and she said the owner was amazingly helpful and nice, not to mention very respectful pricing with the market of certain card games lately, definitely going to be a repeat customer

Them buying anything depends on whether they need it for their personal collection. Also ever wonder what a store with a group of people that don’t bathe smells like. Stop by and find out.

It was dingy and gross inside. No one acknowledges you when you walk in. Unshoppable due to the mess everywhere covering up stock. Maybe clean up your store before you sit down to play games with your buddies?

After reading all the 1 star reviews, I see that almost everyone has the same problem with the staff working there like I did when I went to the store. The workers look like they are miserable all the time.
The workers there have definitely NEVER seen or dated a girl before

I was excited to find a local shop like this one to support but i was met with poor customer service. The dude behind the counter made me feel rushed and like he was annoyed i asked him about pokemon stock. I then asked questions and he could not hear me because of the headphones he had on. Overall i just felt unwelcomed. Selection is good. Prices are okay too. the store itself was cool. not sure if i’d come back after that experience.
I just read the reviews to this place after posting this. it all lines up. your staff needs to be improved. If you’re reading this, change it up before you lose more potential regular customers.

This place declined on buying any Yu-Gi-Oh cards from me because they don't have a qualified buyer, yet I went to Omega Gaming and they bought the same cards for $90. I was looking to sell some Yu-Gi-Oh cards - a box of holographic rares and a shoe box of commons. The big guy behind the counter did not seem too eager to buy anything from me, maybe because he's not too experienced or he's not the person that calls the shots. Either way, he declined to buy anything I had to offer. I would not take the claim that they do buy/sell/trade too seriously.

Nice shop with a good collection of bulk boxes ranging from Yugioh, Pokemon, DBZ etc. I mostly got yugioh cards but the $0.10 for commons and $0.50 for foils was quite a deal, it helped me build different decks.
Trey is nice and helpful and asked if I needed anything, even helped get me the correct sleeves for my cards.
