Stored my things here for a little over a month...the facility is very clean. The staff is nice and Ms Crystal is honest and fair. If I ever move again, I'll definitely store my things here again. Thank you Ms Crystal, for going the extra mile!! Good customer service is soooooo hard to find these days! ?

This amazing employee I believe his name was Brandon helping me with a smile on his face the whole time. Amazing customer service was happy to answer all my questions . 10/10 will be referring to friends and family if they need help in the cypress location

I have had my unit for about a year now and time has come to up and relocate. I have never been so taken care of than with this storage facility. Crystal is awesome! I appreciate her for making my exit a smooth one. If you need a great storage facility. Look no further!

Very professional and helpful. Easy 5 star service. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you came in for. Unlike other locations, If they say they have that rental equipment you are looking for, then they have it.

When I think of Humanitarian crystal come to mind this young lady go out the way and help people in her community with out judgement and in a selfless manner shes the most helpful person I know I’ve been renting from her for a while now then Covid came and lost of work she’s been so helpful and patient sending me resources making sure I had the essentials thank you so much

This fall I needed to move items around town in a cargo Uhaul trailer. I rented from Cy-Fair Storage twice. Both rental experience were amazing. They helped me with the initial equipment that I needed for my truck; hitch, electric plug and all.. Both times the crew mounted the trailer on my truck. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you so much for making my experience seamless and taking very good care of me. I will be renting from them again in the future.

We used this storage facility for almost a year and a half. We had a large climate-controlled unit and had zero issues with our unit the entire time. The climate control was consistent, the facilities were always extremely clean, and the gate/doors always worked. The location is also very convenient and secure.Always happy to support a small, family-owned business that is available and willing to answer questions!

Rented a truck once before and had a good experience; friendly and helpful. Last weekend, on Sun Nov 27, had a terrible experience. Truck was fine, but the service was terrible. Reserved online, arrived at opening time and was 2nd customer served. Young man finished my check in and said he would get the truck and have it out front in 2 minutes. Then proceeded to do an entire rental from scratch with a customer who came in well after me. When I asked him when he was going to get my truck, he said "Can't you see have other customers? I will get your truck after I take care of them." Then added, "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." I responded that I had rented this truck, here, was here before any of the other customers he was helping, and had a crew of people waiting for me. I had earlier mentioned my mother in law had just died and we were getting her things moved from a nearby assisted living facility. Another young man came to the counter and said he would get my truck. When he brought the truck up, I told him his co-worker needed to learn some manners and needed some customer assistance training. He said it was a tough day. What a Gen Z comment.Now, to top it off, that little j*** charged me a $25 cleaning fee! The truck was driven 17 miles, had nothing dirty in it and was returned in exactly the same condition as when it was picked up. I had remarked to my wife how nice the people at Cy-Fair Storage had been when we rented the first truck and was going to rent a unit there when we moved into our house being built at Towne Lake.I don't write many reviews, but this experience was so bad and so completely unnecessary it seemed appropriate to write this. Your weekend team let you down.

The absolute best storage facility in Cypress. Crystal the manager, is extremely professional and extraordinarily kind, as is Brandon. The facility is well kept and clean.The responsiveness to my is needs is quick and always accurate.I’ve been a client for years even tho I don’t live in the area any longer.

This is the greatest storage place I have ever used!! Omg! Crystal was an absolute sweetheart and I loved getting to speak an work with her on getting things set with them! She was incredibly patient and sweeter then pie! Even gave my daughters a truck to play with while we discussed business!! I absolutely recommend using this facility!!! Always ask for Crystal
