This CVS is much better than all the other ones I've been to. They are well staffed normally and are able to take time to answer questions. They have found other locations for me to try when my son ran out of ADHD meds, suggested manufacturer coupons for medicine that was very expensive.

I had a problem with a pharmacist unwilling to help me with transfers from a mail order pharmacy. She kept referring back to new prescriptions on my profile, and would not help me because she did not enter those specifically. She said she would not call mail order when I asked to get my mail order scripts, which is a completely different issue. Eventually, found out my prescriptions were inactivated by the CVS system. She could or would not tell me that.
Edit: Looks like my problem was with a floater pharmacist, and the pharmacy manager fixed my problem for me. Great job! But I hope they will look closer at who is the pharmacist in charge, floater or not, in the future.

This pharmacy lacks motivation and customer service. I received a Rx missing an item. Called my physician to verify and their follow up was, this CVS denied receipt of my Rx (however I had so the day prior) and did nothing to follow through on researching it on their part. Plus the wait time is ridiculous.
