Dineshia was very helpful and efficient. She was present in the transaction with me, even while multitasking. She ran the counter professionally and with courtesy. Even changing registers so another team member could go on break. I appreciate her kindness.

This CVS Pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Their customer service is horrible. The kid they have working the drive through you have to tell him 5 times what your birth date is before he enters it in the computer correctly; I guess that day is was on another planet. Latest, doctor called in prescription 4 weeks ago and the pharmacist tells me that it contains something that I'm allergic to and asks if I would like for them to call the doctor to get an alternative drug; which I responded yes. I call today and the woman (won't call her a lady as she was too rude to be a lady) while I was explaining why I was calling cuts me off multiple times. Then she states they do not have any records of a medication and that no one called the doctor. Also, she is raising her voice at her; and when I call her out on this, her reply was I'm trying to explain something to you. She then asks if I would like to talk to the pharmacist and puts me on hold. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I hang up and call back; only to receive a recording stating they are closed for lunch. I fully believe she did this on purpose.I did just call back and the young man I spoke to was pleasant; however I found out that the prescription must have been deleted from the system as there is no record of it. And in order to make a complaint, I would have the purchase something at the pharmacy counter to get the number to make a complaint. Ridiculous!!!! I'll start driving out of my way to go to another location. This one needs to be trained by the location at 249 and Cypresswood.

I had to come to cvs three times tonight. I arrived at 5:49 pm and was told my meds were not ready. They were called in on Monday. I came back at 7:40 pm and picked up my medication. When I got home I was missing a medication. I called and was told it was called in on Monday, but they didn't fill it. I was told it would be ready before 9:00 pm. I arrived for the third time tonight at 845 pm and was told it would not be ready until tomorrow. I told Jayla that was not acceptable, she went and checked and came back and said it was ready. \nThis is unacceptable

These people only want to work when they want ! Its a constant run around of blaming the doctor for them not filling the prescription orders my doctor sends over to them. We have had our doctor for over 20 years and we are very close with them we know its not on their end its the pharmacies issue and the workers! My father is a HEART patient and should not have to go through ANY STRESS ,yet everytime he has to get a prescription filled he gets told they never received it or that they dont have the medication and to call the doctor. if that is the case i feel as if none of these people want to actually work and just sit there behind the counter to pass time. Going to find a new pharmacy since this seems to be a problem for every single prescription that we fill.

Being so close to our house, it's 1 of few go to Pharmacy's for the past 15 years living in the area.. Most recent experience: I had online scheduled the flu \\u0026 covid booster shots (Pfizer only avail to select at that location) for 1/3/23 at the closest Walgreens to this location BUT when I showed up for my appt they had ran out of covid boosters several weeks back. So we went over to this CVS to confirm they were also not running into supply issues (Moderna only avail at this location), they confirmed they were not but they had used up their allocations for the day so we scheduled online for the following morning 1/4/23 - we both showed up \\u0026 got our booster shots ??

I had to switch to CVS recently because my new insurance requires me to use CVS. The pharmacy staff at this location is very rude and unprofessional. There is always a long wait in the drive through line to pick up prescriptions. Be prepared to wait at least 15-20 mins every time!

This is the second time that I have refill a prescription, or gotten a prescription. First time I got a prescription, they gave me too many pills. And now I refill a prescription that supposed to be 60 pills and I only got 30. Seems like the pharmacist or the text that are feeling by prescriptions. Probably should double check and make sure that they are giving the proper amount of meds. Now I have to go up there and waste more time and gas to get what was supposed to have been given the first time. I guess I will have to look at another CVS or other options for my medications.

Always seems to be an issue with the prescription and some reason they can not fill it. Was told they contacted the Dr. three times and that was all they were required to do. I was never told they contacted the Dr. three times or that were any issues. Then when I called the dr. the dr. confirmed they never received any message from the pharmacist. I even had the Dr. on the phone while in CVS and all the employees refused to talk to the Dr. Pharmacy employee told me they were done trying to fill the prescription and I would have to go somewhere else. Very rude and short with customers who don't understand why prescriptions are not filled out after their Dr. called it in.

Repeatedly ( 3 times) out of stock of medication that has an automatic refill, CVS waits until date due to order, causing me to miss my medication 1 - 2 days, danger my health, no urgency and notification they will not meet the due date. CVS Should order at least 1-2 days prior to meet due date, but they don't, and causes me to miss my medication. When I call for status before due date, CVS response will be ready on due date, CVS don't provide options to assist getting my medication, the only response is we will special order, yet their error for not ordering to meet due, doesn't help me since it takes 1-2 days in a special order. I asked each time for a location that have in stock, out of 3 times CVS found 1 location on for the one then this CVS transfers back to this location without letting me know. Don't recommend using this CVS for time sensitive prescription/medication, proven 3 times they can't deliver.

I recently began going to this pharmacy. I have been a cvs customer at another location right down the road for well over 10 years. Over the last few years that pharmacy has become a complete nightmare to deal with. They have high turnover, appear to be understaffed, undertrained and generally portray a lackOf attention to the needs of their customer. Once I began moving my business to this pharmacy it was a totally different experience. The pharmacy staff are helpful and have corrected errors cause by the previous store as well as provide a wonderful customer service experience!

Lovely place, check in Kiosk was not working, the guy working in the clinic never once spoke to me for 20+ minutes. I also have some great video of the insects that infest the waiting area.

Worst pharmacy ever! Always an issue with refills for the same exact meds every single month! Very rude staff. If insurance didn't force us to use cvs we wouldn't! Awful experience everytime.
