The pharmacy no longer accepts phone calls. You have to leave a voicemail and be called back within an hour. When there is an urgent need can be dangerous for patients. Most people hate making phone calls so rest assured if I dial a number it’s because I need to speak with someone. CVS should seriously reconsider this policy. Businesses nowadays want to provide less service and value but extract more and more profit.

Pharmacy is always helpful and they return my voicemails in the same day! Sometimes their waits are long but i understand being in healthcare how demanding the job is. They have thousands of prescriptions to fill ASAP. They are always caring and have gone the extra step for me when I was in between insurances. I took off one star for the cvs staffs lack of attentiveness, I once waited 20 minutes trying to find a staff member to unlock something. I got tired of waiting and I put my things back and left. It would be appreciated if at least one person was on the floor at all times.

Perhaps the filthiest drug store I've ever been in. Y'all really need to vacuum the carpets and wipe down the shelves.

Rude employees, dirty store. Smells herbal in the back like the employees are smoking. Will not be back…. Oh wait…. They are going out of business

Says the store opens at 8. Arrived at 8:15 with tons of cars in the parking lot but doors are locked. No HOO sign on the door

My visit to CVS today was an awesome trip. Found all the items I needed and the cost was excellent. The people at this CVS were great and very helpful. The store was clean and neat.

If you have medications that must be administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously, FIND A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. Never once in my life have I experienced not one, but the ENTIRETY of the pharmacy staff look at each other with a "deer in headlights" expression when asked if they had syringes to go with medications. Not a single person had even heard the term "Luer Lock" despite the fact that they been the standardized fitting for syringes since 1930. I'll be frank; this not only shows a horrifically egregious lack of education on the part of the pharmacy staff that they don't know what some standardized essential medical supplies are, but are potential putting people in danger when they are selling people medications without the means or even the knowledge to administer them.

“Doctor” at this CVS is a quack. Last visit there ever. This is now the THIRD misdiagnosis by this woman. Just a quack looking to get co-pays. Had to wind up scheduling with PCP afterward to get treated effectively.

Sabrina is the nicest employee I have ever met. She was kind, helpful and this location has everything I need. The best 1 stop shop in the area! I would give it 6 stars if I could.

This place sucks! Refills are never on time, and if they are ready they won't leave a message. They don't try to find a solution, or they look lost and uninterested. The workers don't look like they care.
