Rosa is great!! She is always very helpful and makes sure you have everything you need. My husband and I are very happy renting here with her and we know if we ever have any questions we know she is there to help us out

I had an extremely ditzy moment and thought I couldn’t open my storage door and the cool lady on duty, I’m sure I’m spelling and saying it wrong, Malika I think, came in and did for me and didn’t make me feel stupid about it lol I feel bad making her come over in all this heat cause I had a very dumb moment but she did that on top of manning the front office! Hope she always works here!

Always a pleasure dealing with Rosa at public storage on cypress no houston. Very friendly and nice clean office and the grounds are always nice and mantained!!

I don't leave many reviews on places but i give credit where credit is due, and this place definitely deserves it. me and my mom have been here over 3 years and the staff has always been very helpful to us, especially the property manager Mrs. Rosa she has always helped us if we needed anything. To her i say " thank you" and would recommend this storage to people but talk to her first she is the one to get stuff done.

It has been amazing storing at this facility and the only reason why I am still here is because of Rosa the property manager at this location she has been amazing to work with she deserves a raise. I hope her supervisor reads this review and praises Rosa or gives her a raise.

This storage facility has very clean storage units and grounds, and a very nice front office with a very friendly, conscientious and helpful manager. I love the climate controlled buildings and the added security of controlled hours, camera systems, double keypad access and double lock availability on the unit. I’ve used this facility for over 4 years and have had no issues whatsoever.

We need to know how a 32ft camper was stolen from this secured gate facility. We need answers and someone needs to be held responsible for this negligence. The worst part is no one is communicating with us about this. I hope they hold some responsibility for this. We pay monthly fees automatically. Our account was closed without our knowledge. I really like to think this storage facility will hold some responsibility and also help us find out who the culprit who stole it.
