Employee was in the store at 9:58 am. I proceeded to park the employee came outside locked the store door at 10:00 am she proceeded to her vehicle and left the shopping center. I didn't event get the chance to get out of my vehicle. Hopefully the employee didn't just clock in and leave the store. No sign on door stating a return time. Opening time is 10:00. This isn't the first time, last time I waited an hour for someone to open the store.

It is always a pleasure to come to this store! They have very good specials and excellent service with Laura the best!!! He is always very helpful and covered us in every way, with the service and patience 100% recommended!!!!.

Excellent customer service Laura the manager help me with getting a new line awesome customer service everytime i go to the store she has the best attitude she deserves a raise i have met other maanagers in other stores including the one on 529 and if im not willing to take whatever they want the wouldnt help but this store in cypress north is just the best and i was on a budget and she was able to help me without complaining

I went into this location and I was catching this great associate Laura as she was closing, on a Sunday at that. I had left every single way of charging my phone and other devices. She not only went out of her free time to help me but went out of her free time to make sure I got every promotion available. This is going above and beyond. She also did with the utmost respect. Thank you Laura.
