Rooms were nice and food was okay. However, the lady at the front desk called me and asked what time Ill be checking out. I said 4 PM since I was given a late check out time. She said the latest they could do was 2. I was given a 4pm check out time. She said "Were now fully booked though so the latest we can do is 2."
Frankly thats not my problem. I was gonna sleep until 3 and leave at 4 since I work night shift at a hospital.

Place was great except the ac was so loud it made the worse sound ever couldn't sleep. Then once mine would turn off I could hear the neighboring room ac. They either need new ac or fix them never had an ac so loud and annoying.

We requested s first floor, single bed room. This us the first time we have had a room laid out the way this one was and at first, it seemed odd. Once we got settled in though, it worked well.
The shower is original. I have not been in a hotel with a shower set up like this one . I adjusted the shower head because i felt like the water would go out onto the bathroom floor, because there is no door or curtain, but it stayed in. I really like that the shower controls are off to the side so you can turn the water on and adjust the temp without getting wet, at all.
Our window view was very nice. Not looking at a parking lot or a wall, looking at plants and stuff.

I was in this hotel just during the days of bad weather and the emergency that was generated in the city. The front desk team was very professional and hospitable despite having some system issues due to bad weather. They didn't take long to get me into the room and prioritized my rest. The negative is only including breakfast in this type of brand.

In December I had a business trip to Houston that lasted longer than expected and I had to look for accommodation. God put Miss Yelin in my path who helped me solve my problem very professionally and gently. I want to thank Miss Yelin at the front desk for her quality service and excellence. I recommend this Hotel one hundred percent.

Unfortunately, someone came in to my room after we checked in and took the waters that I had bought. They were sitting on the desk, under the TV. Thankfully, when I contacted the front desk, they replaced them for me. Still never heard from the manager about what happened. It had to be staff that went in there, maybe thinking the room was not occupied.

I was traveling the last few days of the year to Houston for a friend's wedding and I stayed at this hotel. I have to thank the staff specifically the receptionist Yelin for making the whole process easier and for her professionalism and charisma that made my stay really pleasant. Thank you Mrs. Yelin for your support and I encourage you to continue offering excellent customer service.

I was at this hotel for the first time because I traveled to Houston for a family matter and I received very professional attention from the Yeline front desk, which made for a pleasant stay at the Hotel and I was able to enjoy my family. The Hotel is in a very good position, close to the airport and the rooms have good comfort. I will definitely keep it in mind to return.
