Came to get my son a snack. I didn’t know where to get the buns for the hot dogs as they weren’t around. So I asked saby the cashier she was literally standing next to me and ignored me. I called to her twice and same “ma’am” but she just walked past me and ignored me so I’m like oh maybe she doesn’t work here so I told my litte boy let’s go we can go get a snack somewhere
Else when I go to pay she’s there so I’m like oh so you do work here you just decided to ignore me. And she started getting an attitude and being rude. So I just said it’s okay don’t worry and I walked away. Worse service ever.

Super friendly cashier who helps with everything, her name is Saby, even though I don't speak English, she always helps me translate. A girl like her makes me happy to go to the store every morning.

been coming here since they opened because i’m literally 3 minutes away but they hired this new lady with a piercing on her face and she has no manners what’s so ever, not a hi not a nothing. she rang me up and i waited for my receipt, she then with a snarky tone asked if i wanted my receipt and well… i said yeah! she places the receipt on the table for me to grab and proceeds to not say anything as i left. they need to train the new hires about customer service. she seems young so she has potential. that’s it.

I get to the cashier and I tell her I have the membership. Her name is Maria and she goes in and scans the 3 bottles of Monster energy that I bought. When she says my total I told her: “but I told you I have a membership”. She looks at me gives me that face and attitude and says no you didn’t. Then starts the whole thing again and the system freezes a couple times. Anyway after I pay she says: “Thank you , have a good day”. No mention of receipt whether I would like it or not. I ask for it and after she gives me the receipt she’s expecting me to pick up the bottles and leave I grab one of the bags in front of her and bag the bottles and she’s like: “ I asked you if you wanted a bag” which is not true as well. So then she looks at me and says “oh my goodness”. So I leave the store but I come back to ask her for her name. She gives me her name. I call CS to let them know what happened and oops! CS is not available. Please leave a voicemail! The professionalism exhibited by this company is wonderful! Never seen anything like it!

I’m writing this not to be rude but because I am also a business owner and I know the importance of creating a good customer experience. I’ve been going to this convenience store since it has been open and hadn’t ever had any issues until I encountered your overnight employee Zach (I believe that’s his name... younger guy with a beard). The first time I spoke with him I asked him how his night was going and he started complaining about his job. That was strike number one. The second time and every time after that he has just been plain rude and dry. He never asks how I’m doing, or if I’ve found everything alright, never smiles, never thanks me for coming in or anything. Only thing he says is “do you want a bag”. Needless to say I have no longer been going, especially when there’s a chevron across the street and another Valero right around the corner both with much better customer service skills.I’m not only one who feels this way cause I’ve seen him be the same way with many other customers and even my neighbors say they don’t go there at night anymore.. please look into this and maybe just talk to him about the importance of building good customer relationships.
