We will not finish my taxes until later this year ( I am still waiting on some paperwork around a job change last year ).

Terrible company to do business with. I have had my taxes completed by this company for 3 years, every year seems like a new problem with them. This year tax preparations fee went from 550.00 last year to 1000.00 this year(2021). Their services went up 100% this year and they didn't say a work when I dropped off my return. Believe me when I say, their services are not worth 1000.00. MY return. Its not the grand that bothers me so much, it's the lack of transparence concerning a major change in their prices. Be clear, this is for basically the same return! Nothing to justify any changes.

I started by just doing my taxes here but in the last 12 months I have asked for some additional help concerning items in the Cares Act and more recently about specifics on administering a College 529 plan. I was put in touch with Brad who called me by the next day and has gone above and beyond to get me help/answers.

This is one of the most awful “businesses” I’ve ever worked with. I am flabbergasted at the lack of professionalism with several of these employees. They assume that since I know someone they have worked with previously, that it was his job to disclose their fees and payment policy. No one ever once gave me any info on billing and are now telling me it’s my own fault, because I didn’t ask. I had them create a few returns for backed taxes. Mind you, I’m your average joe, nothi

I have used the service a few years since they bought out my old CPA. Issue is had my business taxes done and sent my elderly parent tax stuff because couldn't get it done free at library due to covid 19. I understand the cost of mine but to charge $50.00 dollars less than mine is a total rip off of elderly on fixed income. I will not be back. Will share on all social media.
