My stuff was stolen out of my storage and the workers acted like they didnt know what was going if i were you i would not bring my things here at all and im planning to sue for not protecting my property and valuables.

Had a brief stay here renting a small 5x5 locker at this location. My observations are that compared to most of the other locations I have rented units at. This location has authentic reviews based on good management and a clean facility.

I needed to pick up some boxes for moving. Melissa was wonderful! She was very professional, kind, and helped me with everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

if I could give them a zero star rating I would. This company would take out double payments from my account but not give me credit for the additional month they took so I stopped the automatic payments and began making the monthly payments instead. If I didn't make the monthly payment before or on the 1st of each month I would get phone calls and text messages about the payment. by the 3rd of the month they would add late fees. by the 5th of the month if still not paid, they were threatening to auction our unit but rest assured they already had a lock put on the unit. I attempted to contact their corporate office about the issue of my payment coming out my account but not being credited for the payment. The person never called me back after I left several messages for her. instead, she relayed a message to me through the same rude & nasty lady who is supposed to be working in the office at this location. This message was not anything any professIonal person should've ever asked to be relayed. Fast forward a few months, I'm dealing with family emergency when I get a call from this location. I couldn't answer at the time of the call due to the medical doctor being in the room conducting an examination. I called the number back and it was this company saying if I didn't make the payment my unit would be auctioned on Tuesday 10/23/23. No 15 day notice, no letter via mail, no email a demanding phone call a few hours before an auction is to take place. The hours listed are the hours you're able to come in the gate to get to your unit. If you call the number listed, you're more likely than not going to have to leave a message and hope someone will return your call because there's often not anyone in the office. The excuse they give for not being in the office is, "I was out doing my checks" Please! I beg anyone who took the time to read this review, DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS AT THIS LOCATION or ANY LOCATION owned by this owner/operator!

Awesome property and very clean. I am a vendor for Public Storage and the staff here is great and pleasant to deal with. I mainly deal with Melissa and Sebastian and they always help me with anything I need. You always see them out on property working. Recently met Cory at this location and he seems like a great fit. Melissa knows her property and tenants/customers very well and it reflects when you see her customer engagement. Would definitely rent from this location.
