Ordered boots off Facebook from this company from one of their advertising sites. The Boot tools 45 day to come so I had my credit cards to cancel the order. When I received the boots they weren't the advertised boots and they looked like they came from a resale shop. They then recharged my credit card. This company in London GB is not the Clark Shoe company in the USA. That 109.00 dollars they got from me on some fake shoes that I gave to Goodwill, I will take that loss. I never, never buy another Clark shoe anywhere. Hell they probably scaled back on DEI🫵🏽

I and my friend purchased a shoe and a sandal. Which is buy one and get 50% on another one. The total we paid $125. It's pretty good. And the person greeted us well and said about the offers. Liked to visit again but for me it's little expensive.

Amazing Experience! Was greeted by the both sales associates. I asked them to point me in the direction of the flight attendant heels! They quickly brought me 3 styles. I was able to try on and walk around the store for comfort before my purchase.

Terrible attitude by older woman employee 20 mins before closing on July 9th. Controlled my emotions and ended up buying 2 pairs (checked out before closing time) but she was passive aggressive/rude. When I asked for a larger size bc they run a little big and then ended up wanting the smaller size bc it fit better, she said "I thought 8.5 were big" as if there is no point in trying different sizes. And then one of the pair had scratches, it was on display, she got rid of one, then I asked about the other scratch and she again had an attitude. Unacceptable when the customer is nothing but respectful and hasn't entered the store 5 mins before closing. Hope she was just having a bad day and she's not always like this. The young lady was better but I could tell even she's influenced by it.

Worst experience ever!! I walked into the store with a item I had to return then the employee named Norma asked me am I sure that I walked in the store with the box. I said yes and showed her my online order number. She told me that if I did online purchase I only can do online return. I checked the return policy of Clarks, I can return the item both online and in store. She was very rude and despicable. I would never want to shop there again. They really need to focus on their costumer manners. I would rate it 0 stars if I had too. Clarks customer service is closed on Sunday.I will call the customer service tomorrow in the morning and let them know about my unacceptable experience!
