Just want to say how great the service was today. Keith really went over and above to make sure my wife’s car was safe and explained everything we needed at why. Repairs were corrected same day and even took us home while repairs were being completed. I found our new service shop for my cars repair.

John 13:35 says, “By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.” Although working with Christian Brothers Automotive hasn’t been a completely smooth ride, as no vehicle repair ever is, one thing they have shown us is love. Love for their community, love for their work, and love for God. We are a family of 4 with one vehicle, and in our current economy it isn’t always easy financially. When we paid what we could to get our vehicle fixed, but it turned out to be a different issue we weren’t sure how we were going to be able to complete our vehicle’s repairs. Today I received a call from Quinton, the manager, and through a miracle I’m not sure I should explain, the costs of the rest of the repairs have been covered. Words cannot describe the gratitude my husband and I have for these people. The entire staff, but especially Mr. John, have been a prime example of what John 13:35 requires of believers. May God bless this company. And May God put us in a place one day to help someone as Christian Brothers Automotive have blessed us today.

I want to share my experience in hopes to save anyone from the same money grab. I took my car to Christian brothers automotive because the AC wasn’t working. They told me that my coil was cracked and leaking Freon. I had trusted them in the past so I went ahead and let them fix it ($3000). Four months later, I took it back because it wasn’t cooling again. They said the work they did was good, they couldn’t detect any leaks, but put Freon in it. The same thing happened again one year later. Their service came with 3 year warranty so I took it back in. Now they’re telling me that the compressor has gone out and that will cost $2500. I said no, and went up to O’Reillys and bought some Freon. Now my AC is cooling like a champ. But there is still a leak obviously. So my $3000 went down the drain and Christian Brothers just made an excuse to get rid of me. Not sure what recourse I have here, but don’t let this be you! Stay away from Christian Brothers on Grant Road and Louetta. They’re not so Christian.

I have utilized the services of CBA for both my personal vehicles and business vehicles. I can always count on fast, friendly, and efficient service at a great value. John and the team are to be commended. Their excellent customer service is what keeps me going back.

This place has the name as, “Christian” but are way overpriced. I went down the road and got a different quote for $1,000 less. Nothing Christian when overcharging customers.

I have been to CBA three times. Each time my expectations were exceeded. They are always friendly, prompt, thorough and want to go the extra
mile to make sure you are pleased and taken care of.

Had to share my experience. I came to Christian Brothers due to another shop not being able to fix my truck (camshaft and lifter failure on a 5th Gen Ram 1500). They were very friendly, helpful, and informative on what was going on with my vehicle. They realized the last mechanic shop that did the work did a poor install and took photos and documented everything for me. They completed the work fast and kept me informed the entire way. I got my truck back and it runs like it is brand new and it has 128,000 miles on it. I can’t speak highly enough about this shop and I will continue to bring my vehicles to them.

Went in for my yearly state inspection which is due this month and figured it was close enough to needing an oil change I’d do that as well.
After roughly an hour John called to discuss how the inspection went and go over the recommend repairs which included new spark plugs and rear brakes. While on the phone John sent me the estimate to sign off and get approval and it felt very rushed/ pushy leaving me very little time to actually read the quotes. Due to the rush to approve the quote I unknowingly agreed to a $1,000 rear brake replacement which after researching could’ve been done at the VW dealer for half the price. I called John back a few minutes later to question why the brakes would be so much, I was cut off and told “we source a high quality part and give a warranty”… well so does the dealer.
A few hours later my car was ready for pickup. Upon receiving my car I noticed the “oil replacement needed” message still on so o went back inside to have John get someone to reset it. After getting home I realized I didn’t receive the state inspection report needed to get the new sticker so I called John once again. John looked in their system only to find out the inspection wasn’t even performed. The only item that I really needed done wasn’t even completed!
Not sure if I can trust that they really did the oil change, replaced the spark plugs or replaced my brakes if they can’t even handle doing a simple state inspection!
There are 2 other much friendlier mechanic shops on Grant within a mile of this one that will actually do what you go in for and not pressure you into overpaying.

Hey they got what I needed done same day. They took care of more than what I needed-don't take that the wrong way... I came in because my car was pulling to the left, they rotated my tires for 29.99 and it stopped. But I knew I needed shocks and struts. So they aligned it and put shocks and struts on. Their labor probably was about double what it should have been, fairly, but they were only about $100 over what the Max should be in my area for two shocks, and two struts on my car. And they did it right and they did it well, so four thumbs up! Big thumbs up to outwardly showing off their faith in Jesus!

Very polite staff. They were able to accommodate me very quickly. I brought my lincoln here after the dealer had the car for 6 weeks and did not fully fix the issue. CBA had the car fixed in less than 24-36 hrs. On top of that they worked with my warranty company. Top notch experience all around. I hope I dont have any further issues, but if I do i will go to Christian Brothers on grant st. No doubt.
