Don't trust Chase bank employees, called on May 25th, needed help with a credit card to pay a bill and went over my situation and how the payment was gonna be made, after that they recommended a card and I applied getting approved they also told me it would be rushed and I'd have it by the 26th and I received it on the 28th and I go to make the payment and the card is declined, called the call center and was told they could transfer a balance to my checking account and forward me to who can help me with that and once there I get told they can't assist me with this and after telling them each person by name and that I've been lied to each time till now I can't get any assistance for a one time situation, and she denied me any further assistance and asked is there was anything else she can do for me shoving me off and putting me in a even harder position.

This is my primary banking location.
I went in on a Thursday at 11 AM and there were 4 people already waiting for bankers. No one was at the greeting desk so a was standing around lost.
An associate behind the teller booth asked me if she can help. I told her I just needed something notarized for work. She said she can provide notary for me since I only needed 1 page signed. I didn’t know that some tellers were certified to notarize documents. She took initiative and didn’t push me to wait a hour or more for a banker.
She was very friendly and courteous during the interaction and above all smiling while working. Her name is Natasha Himawan and she is actually an Associate Banker. She is an role model associate for any institution.

Does not open on time. Many customers waiting outside at 9am when the building should be open. Employees showing up at 9am in unacceptable. Business needs to take place when it opens.

I went to this location 2-3 times to get some documents notarized. Every time they told me to come back after 12pm or tomorrow or some other time, and when I returned the the notary public was not there. I don't think this service exists in this branch and they keep lying about it.

Terrible location. Manager isn’t concerned with customer complaints at all, doesn’t know who services the ATM or when they service it. They use a company with an unmarked junker car and an unmarked, armed, nonindentifiable, alleged “security” guard for the alleged repairmen who stares customers down and attempts unsuccessfully to intimidate customers simply for waiting in line at the drive up ATM. Will never use this location again. You should be easily able to clearly identify armed personnel wandering the exterior of their bank, and at NO point should they EVER stare down a customer.

Can never get help when I go in person. I’ve gone to try to get something notarized few times and they can never help. They say I need to make an appointment a week out even when I was the only member waiting inside the branch. And anytime that I call, no one answers.

Chad and Gerardo are awesome. They are very kind and helpful. I came in this brand yesterday at 4:45pm to get help opening a bank account. I didn’t know they close at 5pm. However, Chad doesn’t mind to help me. He even help me with opening a new business credit card as well. I am so grateful of how kind Chad and other staffs there. Thank you.

I had been at this branch twice and both times service was wonderful. First time was to open a line of credit and second time to get a document notarized. I was helped by Mr. Gomez on both occasions. On first occasion my credit application timed out due to system error. Gomez assured me that he will keep monitoring the system and have it resolved. In less than an hour I got the message my credit application was approved.On second occasion, which was earlier today, the lady (sorry I forget her name) who took my call was kind enough to inform me that they have Notary on site but won't be available the next day. It was 4 pm and she said I can have the document notarized if I could make it before 5 pm. Sure enough I was able to make it in time and got my documents notarized.I would suggest calling ahead to minimize the wait.

We went to this branch on Monday to open up a checking account and they were closed. This was at around 2:00 p.m. We went on Tuesday and they said we had to go back the next day. We went this morning and they told us it would be another hour and a half but we could not make an appt. They said come back at 2:00. We were there at 2:00 and they said it would be about 2 hours before we would be able to see someone. I need to find another Chase branch to get this done.
