The floor repressive is absolutely the WORST!!!! As a long term client every time I go there, she’s too busy to notarize ALWAYS even though branch is empty. She should not be public facing position as definitely bad for customers.

So now a-days if you bring them a check from one of their banks, they charge you to cash it. On top of that the teller there had the nerve to say she maybe able to cash the check I gave her when she knew the amount was more than what was allowed if you are not a member of their bank. There is a reason I stopped banking at Chase years ago.To make it worse, because she attempted to cash the check, and had to stamp it not-negotiated, my bank has to hold the check for an additional amount of time - more than they regularly would.Very bad business and very poor treatment. The woman should have just said, we charge you and if the amount is over XYZ we will not be able to cash it. I would never bank somewhere like this bank. I don’t see how they have customers in general.

This location are suck... I came here because I need to notarize a document bank was empty no customer and this lady told me oh yeah next available will be around 3 hrs LOL ridiculous . So I went to Amegy across Street I'm planning to close my chase account

The Asian lady in the front will chase you down if you sneak by her, she also was telling me about the bankers calendar and how full they were, but wanted my debit card to check his calendar?. Secondly, I needed a banker to do literally anything I ever need. AND OF COURSE the other 2 bankers are on vacation or have a day off. AND OF COURSE the branch manager is on lunch at 1:30. The ONLY banker available is booked with appointments ALL DAY. So us 9-5ers have ZERO chance at getting any help. I should consider another bank for all my banking needs. Maybe someone who isn't invasive of personal space and is available for walk-ins.

Both bank tellers today were very lacking in their customer service, very disrespectful and snobbish, why work at a place ate you deal with people off you don't want to deal with people. Yall should get rid of them and find someone who isn't going to misrepresent and taint your business in that way. It would also help if you teach them to problem solve instead of teaching them to say they can't do anything as their go to response to any question. The manager thankfully was the only one capable in the branch so I'm grateful that she was finally able to address the issue at hand and find a solution to the lies and disrespect that the two bank tellers that were supposed to be helping customers this morning shift today.

Chase wants to expand but not hire enough staff to service all the customers. You'll have to walk past the empty teller counter & go to the rear where there's a indoor counter near drive-thru and wait while an employee juggles both.

Absolutely horrible. They have several windows with several people behind them... just one working and slowly. Stood in line 15 minutes. A worker finally said go use the atm outside. Got out of line and atm does not work.

Went in without an appt. to open a bypass trust. Met immediately with a knowledgeable gentlemen who was able to advise on the process, and get the ball rolling. Great service.

What good is an drive-up atm that can never dispense cash? What's worse is they never turn off the green light that says it is open. Kind of lazy to not fix a machine that been broken for months..
