They’re really slow for everything. Waiting 20mins in the drive through for just one car. They need to learn how to make things faster

Unfortunately I did not experience a customer service oriented staff at this location.

I'm surprised to see such a negative review they might have new management as my last 2 visits to this location was fantastic, the ladies in the front were very welcoming and helpful, thanks for being professional and kind.

Five stars for the sweet lady who greeted us, black woman with beautiful shoulder length wavy hair. We walked in and assumed we could be seen given that there was absolutely nobody except us. Turns out, the banker refused to see us because he had a 9am appointment he was expecting. It was 9:20 but he was still "waiting" on his appointment who he claimed were running late. What a useless person who wanted an extra 30 minutes to do nothing other than wait around for an appointment that was obviously missed. Standard wait time for any appointment is 10 minutes, that's common knowledge. To the guy who had a 9am appointment no show on 8/22/2022, you should be more considerate of the people who do show up. Zero stars for you.

It is unacceptable to make an appointment to open an account; you guys need customers and money. Hire more people; it is our time; why do we have to work around your time. That is crazy!

Not very helpful, how do you know that most services have to be done online or you need an appointment, but employees are sitting around? Not a full service bank!

Honestly, if I could rate no stars, I would. We had an appointment scheduled at 10:00 am this morning to add myself onto my husband's account. Due to rain and our own mistake of going to the Chase at Barker Cypress and 290 first, we arrived at 10:10 am. When we had spoke with the man who was to help us at 9:53 am, we told him we would be there in 10 minutes, which would already have put us 3 minutes over, we were told that was fine. Upon our arrival, another future customer walked in without an appointment and was helped immediately. We, however, we're told that it takes 30 minutes to add someone onto an account (which I have a hard time believing, given I've opened accounts with Chase before and gotten it done in less time) and because now it was 10:13 am (mind you they spent that 3 minutes of us being there that NO ONE was available to help us) we weren't within our 10 minute grace period of late arrival. We were told to come back at either 11:00 am or 1:00 pm. I cannot for the life of me understand why a potential future customer WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT was able to be served immediately, whereas a current and long term customer WITH AN APPOINTMENT has to be put on the back burner. I am more than understanding and if there wouldn't have been 3 tellers and only 2 sets of customer, I wouldn't be so upset. If the other customer that walked in actually had an appointment, I wouldn't be upset. Instead, this branch does not care for customer retention, nor do they understand that it is unacceptable to schedule appointments only 30 minutes apart. Even if we had gotten there at 10:03, as we had told the man on the phone, they still wouldn't have had enough time to help us according to their timeframe.

This branch refuses to cash a check that was made payable to cash. I have plenty of documentation to verify identity. Never had this problem at any other bank.
