Work with Nick O for most of our banking needs and he is always professional and helpful. The tellers including Ashley, Jonathan, Maria and Jocelyn are all efficient, and more than patient with my bad jokes. A few were recently promoted so wish them the best of luck!

I had an exceptional experience here. Nick Ostaszewski was our banker and spent a full hour with my mom and me. We visited for a few banking needs, including moving money between accounts, closing one account, and opening another. Nick greeted us promptly and was incredibly patient and ensured all our requests were handled smoothly. We had many questions, and each one was answered thoroughly. I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process.

This is not a service driven team. The banker who "helped" us at the counter as well a the bank manager were completely useless and wasted our time. Despite being a chase customer for over a decade with many Chase accounts, I was treated with no respect. When my husband and I left the bank, we received no type of farewell. No goodbye, no have a nice day, nothing. Both the banker and manager just stood there and stared at us while we were forced to open a new account online because there was apparently no person in the bank, including the manager, who could do that. In a bank. Who wouldn't let me cash a cashiers check drawn on their bank, at which I am an account holder. Unacceptable. I felt like a bad joke was being played on me.This bank branch sucks.

Customer service sucks, went to hopefully open an account. Waited for about 20 minutes and they decided to take lunch instead of service a potential customer. SMDH!!!

This location is not representation of Chase Bank. I came here to cash a chase check. The "manager" tells me that this check is not valid due to the signature. She insists the signature be the name of the person who issued the check his First & Last be the signature on the check. She then tells me she will chat with her manager and get back with me. She then tells me the signature has been " altered" and writes all over the check so "I don't cash it elsewhere". The person who wrote the check has his accountant call she then tells him there was no signature on the check. The man who wrote the check then calls and she tells him a different story saying the company name was written on the check. She claims to be the only manager there, but when I was inside the branch she stepped to the side to go ask the "manager" about the check. Overall horrible and messy management at this location.

I have a business account with Chase and scheduled a phone meeting with my "account manager" Nick that works at this location. He didn't call on our scheduled meeting and also sent an email with no response. I called this location and the person that answered the phone said Nick was with a customer and that he would return my call. It's been two days and haven't received a call. First time contacting Chase for a business inquiry and it is very disappointing.

Came to deposit money in my account and both atm's are down and the inside close and last time I came to this location was over a month ago and same problem. If you aren't going to be open atleast have your atm's working!!!

I recently made check deposits for 2 different amounts from the same person that threw a red flag to my account. I tried calling the fraud department to try and figure out what the issue was. No one would give me a straight answer. Yvonne the Branch Manager was very helpful and was able to get my account released and my funds available right away. It took about an hour but I was totally satisfied with the end results. I of course had all my documents needed to help prove that the person writing the checks to me were legit. Thanks again Yvonne for your time and helping me out with this situation.

Awesome location with great customer service! I came in to open both a checking and credit card account. I was hesitant because of reviews but after reading them, it seems like people just didn't get their way.Nick helped me and was one of the best bankers I've ever worked with. I was able to get in and out in a timely fashion with every one of my questions answered.I am telling you, ignore the reviews and give them a try!
