I came to Joseph for a new car and I can tell you that I have never experienced better service. While on the test drive Joseph explained everything to me and how the car works he was very patient and thorough. The staff was great and had my car buffed and clean for me. Bought a 2006 BMW X3 in excellent driving and visual condition, Joseph, the owner, personally accompanied me on a 10+ mile test drive and showed my every detail about what would eventually become my car.The day that I brought the car home, it started experiencing problems with smoke coming from the exhaust pipe. Joseph went out of his way in more ways than one to make sure that the repairs, as well as me and my families peace of mind were taken care of.I am confident that what I experienced with my vehicle was a freak accident and would recommend Car Zone Motors and Joseph to anyone in the used car market. the inventory as well as the service were well above average.

Over a month ago I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, and I absolutely love it!Joseph has not only been professional but has been more than welcome to help me with any little thing I may need. The financing Bank that we originally signed for, out of nowhere declined all new loans because of the sudden hurricane Harvey incident. He not only warned me not to pay them but got me set up with a new loan agency with not only a shorter term but now I'm also saving a few bucks every month from my monthly payments!Quick, Easy and more importantly KIND.Thank you again Car Zone Motors!

Car Zone Motors is now my favorite place in Houston to buy a good quality used car. Joseph did a great job of making sure that everything was to my satisfaction with the Acura MDX that I bought. He took care of the scheduled maintenance prior to me buying it other than the timing belt, but hooked me up with his mechanic who did the work wholesale for me, which made a good deal a great deal. Joseph even did some minor touch-up for me on a couple of sratches after I bought the car. He truly provided an easy car buying experience, and exceptional value.I will only be buying used cars from Car Zone Motors from now on, and recommend them to all of my friends.

I had a very specific idea of what I wanted, and found exactly what I wanted here. Joseph and his staff was very accommodating, I got home and found the lights did not work he made sure that it was taken care of with minimal disruption to my schedule. I went in to look at lexus es 350, went on a test drive. The owner is a cool dude. Three days later i was aproved for the car, if you have good credit you will be treat like a king lol.
