Great experience during the leasing process! Benny Martinez, my assigned leasing agent was amazing! Benny was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had during the rental process and beyond. He is both knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. He continues to follow up on how things are going, a top notch service!

My Daughter and I lived in the new area in the back on the ground floor. The maintenance staff is very nice. However every other department is extremely unorganized and rude. You pay for trash to be picked up Sunday-Thursday However my trash was routinely missed and late for pick up and even being charged for having my trash out when it was the trash people not picking it up that night. It was extremely aggravating and my neighbors experienced similar issues. The complex also routinely had dog poop all over the grass and sidewalks outside it was so unpleasant. My daughter and I left 6 months into our lease paying out because it was just unbearable dealing with the leasing office. Never again will I use a Camden property for my daughter and I.

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and I just want to give a huge shoutout to David & the entire maintenance team. They're honestly the best. Anytime there’s an issue—big or small—David & his team are quick to respond and always ready to help. I’ve had questions about little things, , and they’re always super patient and happy to explain things without making you feel silly for asking. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares about doing a good job and making sure you’re taken care of.
What I really appreciate about the maintenance team is how fast they work. If you put in a request, it feels like they’re on it almost immediately, and they don’t just slap a quick fix on it—they do it right. Plus, they’re all really friendly and approachable. You never feel like you’re bothering them, and they always bring good energy, which honestly makes dealing with maintenance stuff way less stressful.
It’s easy to take good service for granted, but having a maintenance team like this makes a huge difference in how you feel about where you live. They’re reliable, efficient, and genuinely care about the residents here. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and that kind of dependability goes a long way in keeping the place running smoothly.
I’m really grateful for how responsive and thorough they are. Whether it’s fixing something urgent or just answering questions, they always make sure everything is handled the right way. It’s such a relief to know you can count on them!

Camden is truly the dream condo! It's been almost two years and the quality of the services and facilities are excellent but above all the staff, Ms. Mirna and the maintenance guys, are excellent, attentive and respectful. Selecting this condo was one of the best decisions.

I have been here for 6 months and I am loving it . David is amazing he came and fixed my AC in a jiffy . His team is friendly and very knowledgeable . David makes sure I understood what work was done and if something happens to give him a call and he will come back . Thank you David for being such an amazing person!

Shante and Mirna are great! I love the community. All the ladies that works in their have great hospitality and are so professional. The office is always clean and smells really nice . I appreciate all the ladies in the office. Let me not forget about the maintenance they work quick and are so friendly. I am so happy I decided to live here . Thanks Ladies and Gents!
Update: I have been here for a little over 6 months and I am loving it. The maintenance staff is amazing as well!When I place a ticket they come same day and have me fixed up. David came by today and fixed my A/C unit in a jiffy. He was very friendly and explained exactly what work was completed. Thank you David for always giving service with a smile.
