Britney Hair Studio has quickly become my go-to place for haircuts, and I couldn't be happier with my experiences there.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, courteous, and accommodating. On my second visit, I arrived late, but they welcomed me warmly without any hint of frustration, which speaks volumes about their customer service.
The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for clients. It's clear that they take pride in their workspace, which adds to the overall positive experience.
One thing to note is that the salon tends to get quite busy, so I highly recommend making an appointment to ensure you get the service you want without a long wait. I've already scheduled my next appointment, and I look forward to returning for another fantastic haircut.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don’t go to this hair salon as a new client. They don’t treat you well and prefer to work with their long time customers.
I went to Britney Hair Studio. I was there at my scheduled time. The hairstylist Helen started to working on my hair and she went to work on her known customer. She literally left me sitting their for 1.5 hour and completed the job on her other client even though her appointment time was later. They chitchat, shared trip pictures and discussed other stuff.
I had to remind her that I am still here waiting for to finish up. Instead of being apologetic she didn’t even acknowledge that she made mistake and told me that her other customer is known to her from the lady 10 years. No importance of other people’s time.

don’t come here. they don’t listen to what you have to say. my whole family use to come here, all times before this we liked our hair. but when we came in recently it was really disappointing. my sister got her hair cut, she asked for 4 inches off, long layers, and FACE FRAMING PIECES. that’s not what she got. they gave her almost 8-10 inches off, short choppy layers, SHORT CURTAIN BANGS, and just uneven all around. my sister didn’t ask for bangs and when my mom argued with the stylist she even referred to them as bangs. and she also has curly hair so it will shrink. this is super unacceptable and very disappointed. and we didn’t even get our money back.

Cut off 5 inches more than I asked for, and cut choppy feathery layery bangs in the front that go to my nose after I asked for face framing pieces that start right after my chin.

I've been coming here since I was in fourth grade, I am now graduating high school. I've always loved my hair when getting it cut and styled here, until recently. I went the day of my prom (6 days before my graduation ceremony) and went home in tears. I asked for 3-4 inches cut off, some long layers, and face framing pieces. I left with 9 inches of my hair cut off, choppy curtain bangs, and an uneven v shape in the back of my hair (which she thinned without asking me). The lady who did my hair is Zizian. Not only did she refuse to give my mom a refund but she argued with her as well. The only good thing I can say is the owner, Britney, did fix the unevenness and choppiness for free. This goes beyond hair. I've always had long hair, I've always been known for my long hair. She took my favorite physical trait about myself and made it my biggest insecurity.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Never have I ever had an issue before, in the 10+ years we've been coming here. The lady that cut my daughters hair this time, Zizan, BUTCHERED her hair! If you say it's not what you asked for, she calls you a liar. She doesn't even admit she messed up anything, and will continue to argue. My daughter has PROM tonight, and Graduation next week. Her hair is what she is known for. She asked for a 3-4 inch trim, and received 8 inches in the front and 6 inches in the back. Not to mention it was feathered, not layered, uneven and choppy. She would not refund and stood by her cut, calling my daughter a liar. Britney (the owner) was able to blend it, but it still doesn't take away the fact that my daughter is now completely insecure about the one thing is she most known for. We will never be back to this place EVER.

I hate to do this, but I could never come here again, ever. I went in for a trim and somehow came out w the worst layers. Think mushroom style. Decent people, but I can never trust again with a haircut. Oh yeah, highlights came out bad too. I’ve tried to “fix” literally 3x since then. I really hope better for everyone else.

Thank you to Holly for a beautiful job on my hair. Holly listened to what I wanted. She was so attentive to my comfort. Worked diligently to achieve the color and look I wanted. I asked for a balayage ombre with a purple toner, hair cut, blow out, and curls. I highly recommend her and this wonderful salon. My experience was truly great. The price was reasonable for the service. I’m in awe! Wonderful job!

I expect better. I called to get an appointment but my regular stylist was not there. He said come on in. When I did, I waited 25 minutes, then I was greeted by several types of hair in the chair and all over the floor. When I asked her to please clean the area, there was nothing but Chinese language in reply.
