I’m always worried to bring my vehicles to get maintenance anywhere because of all the stories I hear about being taken advantage of and the poor customer service but not this place. Brake Check was amazing. They were very knowledgeable, explained into details of what they were doing and what needed to be done. I dealt with multiple people. All were very friendly and considerate at this location even during their busy hours. Their prices were even reasonable. All in all, I would recommend this place to others.

I've been here multiple times for new brakes and I'm always given excellent service. My brakes have never failed, and they last like they should. Hands down my go-to brake shop in Houston. Especially the shop by 290 and Barker Cypress.

Staff members were kind but my brand new Tahoe was leaking oil afterwards. I ended up having to take it in while out of town and then mentioned my drain plug was damaged during the oil change.

Very professional set-up and communication was exceptional! Everything from drop off to pick up was recorded and communicated through their state of the art system. Their free estimate tells you exactly what you need immediately and what you can hold off on! You can accept their estimate or decline with just the clock of a button!
