I'm really upset after getting my nails done here. I knew I shouldn't have came after the first time. I came 30 minutes before closing they told me they were closed and no one could help me. Today I finally was able to make it in at a decent time. I had to get my nails done for my birthday party and they are right in front of my neighborhood. Also my regular lady is on vacation so I thought let me just try them since they are right around the corner. First I got my eyebrows and lip waxed and the lady was very rough and seemed like she was in rush also left a lot of hair behind like I didn't even wax my eyebrows? Then got a different lady to do my nails. At first everything was fine. Then she keep throwing my fingers back after she finished each of them and was rough. Ended up cutting me on my pinky didn't even apologize. Then told me to relax in a rude manner. I was honestly so done just wanted to go. Not only that I requested a manicure and massage the whole nine. She said I didn't need that even though that's what I wanted! Then proceed to tell me she will do my cuticles and 10 minutes message. Then as she was about to finish rushing through my nails she said I'll do a 5 minutes massage. I just told her I didn't want it anymore. I hate my nails still paid for them because I didn't want to cause a scene and just wanted to leave! It seemed like I was an inconvenience to them since I walked in. I've never been so frustrated I never try to give anyone bad reviews, but this place deserves one.

I LOVE my nails! Anna did an amazing job today, I got a full set of acrylic and it turned out exactly what I wanted, if you’re looking for clean, beautiful and natural looking nails, Anna is the perfect Nail artist!

Great experience!! Lee Lee and Anna took great care of me. My toes came out beautiful and so did my nails ! This is definitely my new nail shop and I would recommend to anyone. They made me feel so comfortable and they were accommodating to the designs I wanted.

My first time here was NOT PLEASANT at All! The temperature inside was 76*! Hot! I had Anna and Yen. Anna started manicure and she did so well with everything except she had an appointment at 10:30 waiting on her so she left me. In comes Tina (manager) I believe her is Tina, she did my shellac and did a BAD job!! Yen, however did an excellent job on my pedicure and shellac. Next, Tina, the manager, takes me to do my eyebrows waxing. She did great in cleaning them, except she did NOT pluck the eyebrows that were on the eyelid at all. If I didn't have to go to hospital for the day I would have returned to get everything redone. Also, the new owner of Cora Cora controls the AC from home!!! He shuts the AC every 3 hours and at 7 PM he shuts the AC completely until the next day at 9:00AM and so it takes the AC hours before it can cool the place. I was informed of all this. Needless to say it was expensive $105 with tip! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Copperfield Nails does a great job and it's $20-25 cheaper.

I have been a long-time customer of Cora Cora but the experience under new ownership has been AWFUL. Pedicures have remained relatively on par, but the manicures (dip, specifically) has been atrocious.
(1) The dip is SO thick that it looks visually fake and you cannot even use your own nails to clean the mess left underneath your nails (since they don't bother cleaning it up)
(2) Do not listen to your nail length preferences -- files my long nice nails all the way down to the top of the finger despite me saying to just file to reshape
(3) Do not listen to your nail shape preferences -- literally filed straight across, ignoring your original nail shape nail and what you verbally requested, and left it that way
Incredibly disappointed and will be on the hunt for a new location. Friends share the same experience and are also on the hunt for another place.

I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately, the new management has gotten rid of the relaxing “zen” music and nature/waterfall type sounds - replacing it with 70s pop. I absolutely believe this is a mistake, as this was the ONLY nail salon in the area that didn’t have music and, instead, had a beautiful and relaxing spa type of environment. It made getting a manicure and a pedicure such a relaxing experience! It seems they are moving away from that unique spa experience. It’s sad, as this way the very reason many long time customers started coming to this business. I’m not leaving (other salons are far worse) but I think they have lost a key differentiator for their business. They are now becoming much like every other strip center nail salon in the area.

I have been coming to Cora Cora for a couple if years now and love it. They have new management as of a couple of months now, but so far, it is still just as good as before. The changes include a few different options, as well as complimentary drinks, including alcohol.

Nice place but manicure was medicore. The technician burned me with the hot stone on my left arm. I mentioned this to the receptionist and I just got a smile and sorry.
Burns are serious from hot stones and salons need to be careful with how they proceed with using them on direct flesh areas as sensitive as a forearm.

This is a place to be, i love how they play relaxation music and the place is clean and quiet. Drinks is good and technician here is super nice and did an incredible jobs. Love it

Very professional , relaxing environment. The techs seem to be all capable of all good work, My only pedi place I trust in cypress. They have a points system now. Always busy but never have to wait.
