After using this car wash serval times we noticed they never taped our back windshield wiper. This to us was unusual because other car washes did this, but we didn't think anything of it until we got our new 2024 Subaru Touring XT. We brought our car to get washed at this location and while vacuuming the car we noticed the entire rear wiper arm had been snapped off during of the carwash. We went to talk to the staff at which time they returned our rear wiper and started the process of filing a claim to headquarters. One week later I had a conversation with headquarters and was told there is nothing they can do. I was very disappointed in this response since it is a brand new car and I now need to spend $432 to repair the damage done in the car wash, making this the most expensive car wash in my life. I have used many car washes before with none of these issues. This leads me to question the calibration and quality of the equipment used at this location.

Loved it, what made the experience was an employee named Crecencio Sanchez, first time ive ever been approached and asked if everything was fine at a carwash, and it was amazing, 10/10 would reccomend again

They damage your vehicle and point to their disclaimer that is posted as you enter the wash. There is no way to protect your vehicle after the disclaimer. The workers did not care that my vehicle was damaged. This is the worst place to get you vehicle washed. Besides the damage my vehicle was not even clean. Wish I could give a lower review if possible.

I love this car wash, I have been coming for a few years now! Benny is the absolute best (: super friendly when I stopped him for the hours of operation, he even came out later to offer me towels and window cleaner! Thank you so much ♥️
