Store manager Brett C was helpful when my husband ordered me a 2k MacBook Pro online and the package was delivered stolen and empty via FedEx and I had to pick up in store instead. After going through an extensive claims process with BestBuy and FedEx the order was ready for pick up. Brett then called me to inform me and stated no need to change pick up person on order and to call him if I was given a hard time at pick up kiosk. A very hard time was given to me by Javier another store manager when picking up even after speaking to Brett when I arrived. I continuously asked them to please get Brett who I was communicating with and he refused. I confirmed email and phone number associated with purchase and had barcode of pick up order and was still being questioned by Javier who said this was an expensive item and that since I had a different last name then my husband he didn’t want to verify or give me the product. They also had an unrecognizable phone number on account and would not validate current phone number linked to this order as well as the app. As a person who paid for said expensive item I understand the importance of security measures and did not need him to state the obvious in a rude manner and understand that not everybody changes their last name upon marriage. I would have appreciated speaking to the associate I requested instead of him but was denied. Would not recommend this location as it seems their store managers lack communication within themselves and communication skills with customers.

Just visited this store. Wanted to get some electronics. Wasn’t able to stay long as they either have a AC problem or they don’t turn up the AC. Left after 15 min as it was way too hot. Feel bad for the employees.

Had a Geek Squad over the range microwave warranty issue that was quickly resolved with a new replacement installation. The 5 year warranty more than paid for itself.

UPDATE: this store is 0 stars nowadays. Customer service is the worst, and Best Buy online is deceiving!
I bought a NEW apple $500 watch on Best Buy online. I waited a week for the item to arrived. They gave me an open box without any hesitation and when I asked where is my New watch they keep telling me are you sure you didn't buy an open one?? When they finally realized I didn't, they told me when don't have it and in a rude way that they cannot do anything else, I canceled everything, bought it on Amazon and they already delivered it on the same day! Best buy never even apologized, they just cleaned their hands and blamed it on someone else. Then they asked why we don't buy on different stores besides Amazon anymore, not going here ever again!

It used to be a 5 star store back in the day.
