I want to thanks for the compassion and kindness with us on our difficult time, to say bye to our baby Canelo, the staff, are so kind, this place love animals they really do everything for you and your pets, compare other places is all about money. They took a good care of the other dog Bruno and they are amazing.

Normally when I do a review, I don't like to put names and I try to be as impartial as possible with the service in general. But in this case, I just want to report the bad service from the receptionist Michelle. To begin with, she always has an "attitude" as if she was forced to work there, normally a receptionist is the main facade of a place and even on the worst day, she should provide friendly service. On 2 occasions my appointments were canceled by someone from the staff and she almost scolded me as if it were my fault, when I made her see that it was the staff's fault and not mine, she had to agree to give me the appointment. I gave her my feedback about what happened and her response was -"You can go to another facility to see another doctor"- unbelievable but true. I did not understand the low rating with Doctor Tommy Vo, but even so I wanted to give it a chance and now I understand that the problem is the receptionist in question and not the Doctor, but with the simple fact of having to deal with her, I really prefer to go to a different place.

Dr. Said it was just a cold, didn't test for COVID... guess what it was? COVID! Long waits and front staff seems to have a huge turn over.

A friend recommended Dr. Tommy Vo and I love this practice. They do everything possible to be the best. Flexible Zoom appointments and good scheduling. I'm always satisfied. Rare and outstanding people skills for the medical business. You'd think they are selling something besides health and recovery. You can't even interest me in another practitioner. This office deserves the President's Award for Quality.

Never ever recommend this doctor, you have to have an appointment and still your seating 2 hours wait.. is not my first time, and still I'm waiting 2+ hours!! Definitely change in it!

Excessive wait times. Appointment was 45 minutes ago and they still haven't called me back. I showed up 15 minutes early and had paperwork completed before appointment time.

I had the most wonderful experience while be seen as a patient at First Choice Emergency room on Barker Cypress and Tuckerton. I was pleased with the service that I received and the treatment of son & daughter's illness. I will always recommened this facility to anyone that needs ER care. I also like the that it's open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Overall, I am pleased.

First Choice was great! They saw me right away. The staff were all very helpful, understanding and everyone was very nice. I was in and out of there very fast. I am now on the road too recovery. Thank you First Choice for taking such good care of me.

A sunday morning visit for a broken hand. I had zero wait time--hadn't even finished my paperwork before they were ready for me. They were able to do the xrays right away in their facility; splinted me up, gave me a referral, a copy of my xrays, and yes, a lollipop on my way out. Great experience. Doctor Cobb was knowledgeable and efficient. Less than an hour start to finish. Will definitely go there again as necessary.

This place is great. They saw me as soon as I finished my paperwork and catered to my specific needs, they were friendly and informative. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes. I will definitely go back if I ever need an ER again, its so much better than going to a hospital.

We took our 17-month old to FCER after a fall, fearing his arm might be hurt. Our wait time was mere minutes, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. When both my husband and I were required to assist with getting our son's x-rays done properly, the ER nurse offered to take our 4-year-old on a tour of the facility, since he couldn't join us, which he loved. The ER doctor diagnosed a broken arm within minutes of completing the x-rays and we were given clear follow up instructions. Another ER doctor called the following morning to follow-up on my son's well-being and give me the radiologist report. First Choice is aptly named as it will definitely be my first choice for an ER in the future.
