This pains me to write this review, because I genuinely enjoy this shop, its employees, and Autozone's policies as a frequent customer. However the manager, Chris, at this particular location has given me a difficult time twice now for trying to price match some Pennzoil oil and a motorcraft oil filter with Walmart's prices, but he was hesistant because I showed him "the online prices only". This was allegedly the issue previously and we resolved it after further investigation during the in store visit on 1/26/24 , but on the next visit (3/16/24) this problem occured again and he claimed not to remember, despite me showing him the receipt of the same exact transaction previously, in which case it was NOT the online only price. Despite this he insisted "if i did it last time, its because i probably missed it". Okay, so you admit your lack of attentiveness, and this is my problem now? Got it. I'm not sure im willing to return to this location because of how seemingly difficult he makes an otherwise simple process. A shame because like I previously stated, I love this location and never had a remotely negative interaction with any other employees, everyone else has been EXCELLENT.

Service members are friendly and helpful although some are not well trained or really making an error because one has gave me the wrong light bulbs. I have to do the exchange. Time is very valuable for everyone. Back and forth to correct the issue is not what we want. Definitely needs improvement....

I prefer this location primarily because it’s close but they almost always seem to have what I need for parts. I rarely have to go somewhere else. They do a great job keeping the store clean and organized, and the staff is always helpful. Great team here.

Went to one closer to my home . I suppose really short staffed. Guy goes I'm at lunch, walked out. I waited a few minutes but no one to assist, so I left.

Excellent customer service & warranty they have for the car batterie's. A young guy even helped to swap them out for me towards closing time. He is super sweet & helpful. Wish I got his name but thank you for caring about your customers!

The guy who attended us was super great but there was an older man who got so bothered by my kids trying to choose a candy. They were only on one section and he was real quick to say they were making a mess and disorganizing the one part of the candy section. If you can't leave your toddlers home and have to take them to an Auto zone don't come here. He acted like my kids were running around screaming tearing up the store. Why have a candy section if you're going to be so annoyed by children choosing candy.

Service was great as usual at this particular location. Gary & Shane were both helpful with my new battery installation. Shane stayed to help when I came in without knowing he was supposed to get off at that time but he decided to help anyways. Gary also came to help & we had a great conversation. Both were super helpful & great people. Will always enjoy going to this location, very helpful every single time. Definitely recommend over others (two other locations told me they couldn’t change my battery without even looking before this today) they got it done within 15mins. Super thankful!
