This is the only mechanic my family and I use. He is trust worthy, hard working and honest. A co-worker of mine recommended him to me around 2015 and told me that he and his family have only used Auto Scan for years, and I've been using them ever since. I always highly recommend Auto Scan to all of my family and friends in the area.
Side story: About 3-4 years ago my youngest daughter dropped off her used Nissan Xterra at Christian Brothers off of West Rd and Beltway 8 because it was giving her problems and she thought by their name they could be trusted. Anyways, their mechanic called her and told her that it would cost thousands to fix and that it would be better for her to buy a new car. Needless to say, she was so stessed out and called me crying. I went with her and spoke to the manager telling him that I thought they were trying to take advantage of a young woman and to give me her keys. After he made all sorts of excuses he gave me her keys and we immediately dropped it off at Auto Scan and didn't tell the mechanic about our experience with Christian Brothers. The mechanic at Auto Scan fixed the issue for around $200 AND installed new widshield wipers for my daughter because he noticed hers were worn out. She still talks about that kind gesture. Needless to say, she learned to listen to her mamma AND only use Auto Scan. She too highly recommends them to her friends.

I just wanted to say that Corey and Natalie are awesome! I found them a few years ago and can not be happier with the services received! Natalie is quick to always answer the phone and Corey will not sugar coat things in anyway! He looks things over thoroughly and lets you know if things really need to get repaired or not. They also charge an honest price as well. I recommend them to everybody! Thanks Corey and Natalie for taking care of my car!

Looking for that A+ auto mechanic? Yes, they still exist! Look no further! Corey at Auto-Scan is the guy! He's truly honest, has affordable pricing, and absolutely no nickel and diming on issues that do not need to be fixed. I went to Auto-Scan once before and had the motor mount replaced. No complaints. Since then, I went to Sun Automotive for a routine oil change. BIG mistake (see my review under Sun Automotive on yelp for details). I learned not to go back to those big talking auto shops and stick to the real mechanic that truly cares about getting your vehicle running safely and not hurting your wallet! Corey was able to remove the dipstick that was broken inside (after the oil change at Sun Automotive ) without having to replace the entire unit....saved me a few hundred $$. He also referred Houston Automatic Transmission for a transmission rebuild. Took about a week, but the best price in town. When your mechanic refers them, please listen. They stick to that price, and their work! I'll be taking my car to Corey at Auto-Scan from now on! Routine maintenance and all!

Car kept stalling on me, called the day before. Corey got me in first thing the next morning and had it fixed before noon. Reasonable pricing and no ridiculous upselling. Will recommend to everyone!

This family owned business is humble AND professional! My sons and I have brought our cars here and they always do a efficient job taking care of the problem and in a timely manner. They know what they are doing and know how to care for the customer and charge about half the price of a dealership, don't waste your time or hard earned money going anywhere else
