I wish I could give them ZERO STARS!THEY LIKE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN NOT RESPOND TO ANYTHING!!HORRIBLE customer service!! Gave us wrong size pants but refuses to refund must less even respond to a damn email. The items we did receive were VERY POOR quality!! (Especially with the outrageous prices that they charged) Also charged us for shipping even though our organization had to go to them to pick up our orders and NEVER refunded us for shipping.Don’t waste your time with these people! Ridiculous that this is how they run their business. SCAMMERS!

This is a fraudulent company. Purchased under the name Anagails and had to file a claim with PayPal to get my almost $600 back. Buyer be warned!! I don’t often leave reviews but don’t want another innocent person to go through what I did if I can prevent it.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t order from this company! We ordered two pants the same size and one fit one size larger than the other. My son couldn’t wear them they fell right off. They wouldn’t offer and exchange or refund. The socks were men’s size socks no exchange or refund. Our coach picked up the uniforms and they would not credit our shipping. They kept our shipping that was twelve dollars and items weren’t shipped. Be Careful! Do not do business with this company! I reported them.

I ordered a jersey ($100+) with my son's name/number, a month going on 2 months ago, I am still waiting to receive it. I am seriously contemplating on asking for a refund and canceling my order. I have 6 games left in the season and no jersey.

My wife ordered T's from this company through another name they operate under,Anagails. Their product is falsely represented. After consulting with a local screen printer I learned what had occurred. Their photo advertised shirts of brilliant colored graphics on shirt. Photo is taken before a film is applied and pressed dry which dulls the color but speeds up the printing process. Also shirts measure 4 " narrower than advertised. Lastly when hold up shirt ayou can see through both layers of the material. They instruct to wash to remove pre-treat. My expert said that's a trick to deny refund because after shirts been washed,no refund. He said washing will not brighten graphics. They won't answer an email yet They continually email my wife advertising to buy more product. Locally you might get a better product, maybe. Online and out of state you'll get what you get. Hence the reason for operating under another name. Anagails is there online name but invoiced through Athletic Threads.UPDATE: PayPal refunded my wife's account. They agreed products were falsely represented. Rather than do the right thing they pointed the finger at my wife and said she was the fraud. Read their reply in photo. See where they said brand was Bella and T's were "Vibrant" black. Lol, you could read a newspaper through them! The graphics were very light and that wasn't what they advertised.And there not Bella T's. So there it is. They've been exposed right here. We've provided proof their fraudulent and PayPal agrees. Can't deny facts, folks.

This is a great place to come and stuff made. My wife has gotten shirts made here and they have always come out great. We both also bought custom cups made here as well and we couldn't have been happier with the results. The owners are very nice and so is misty the receptionist. Would recommend to anyone wanting stuff made to check here first.

Misty and the rest of the team at Athletic Threads did a get job with our baseball uniforms. Not only did the uniforms turnout great, but the communication throughout the the whole process was perfect too! Thank you Misty. We will be back!
