I live in South Texas and visited the Asics store inside the Houston Outlet. I had a great experience with the manager, Imelda. I was overwhelmed by her excellent customer service and her knowledge of the shoes I was looking for. Highly recommend ??

My fiance and I just left the store, and we had an amazing experience! We were greeted & helped by one of the sales ladies. She was fantastic and talked to my fiance about the Super Bowl game! We can’t wait to come back again!

I recently joined my school wrestling team and needed a pair of wrestling shoes, i looked on google and it said this store had wrestling shoes and whenever i drove 45 minutes to get here, they didn't have them and claimed "they don't give us wrestling shoes anymore" even though google says they have them. I am outraged by this and wish i got my 45 minutes back.

ASICS will never get my business again. I have bought and worn out 20+ pairs of their shoes over 13 years without ever having a warranty claim. The newest pair has a lump or something inside the sole which is causing pain. I did everything they required for online claims and it is denied. They're requiring that I make a two hour drive to this ASICS store to have someone verify the problem, but the phone line immediately disconnects every time I try to call the store. Why would any reputable business behave this way?
