Armando went the extra mile for me. Even though his store didn’t have the black tux I needed in my size, he called a tailor to see if they could size the larger tux to my size. When that didn’t work, he found the tux I needed at the Allen, TX. store. He’s a customer service professional of the first order. I’m a national sales manager- he is the one we’re all looking for! yeah

Store needs training in customer service. I walked in, and the employee did not greet, did not notice I was inside the store, and was running his mouth with a customer. I could have easily taken stuff. I looked round and still did not notice I was in the store. I went to Burberry, and Versace wonderful service also felt welcomed. If they don't care to acknowledge the customer, then don't spend your $$$ at armani.

Very unpleasant experience. I tried on jeans and wanted to wear them immediately. Treated me as a thief. I was not allowed to shop anymore and was forced to go to the cashier. One sale rep asked another one how many pairs of jeans I tried on. I understand this is some precious measure, but please try to do it in a different way and not in front of a customer.
