The lovely African-American woman that helped me. I know that I might’ve been a little difficult, but she was a tentative listener and I think she’s a really great person because she really does care for the customers and tries to accommodate the best she can while following the proper procedures.

The lady at th front is very helpful and courteous, I was a bit in a rush and flustered and she was very patient and understanding. Overall good experience.
