The worst experience, the customer service is terrible, they don't explain anything to you and they take care of you in a bad way, it is definitely a place I would never return to.

I wish I could give them Zero stars I was 5 minutes late, and they gave my appointment to someone else, no calls, no nothing and I told them I might be a bit late. To make matters worse they were not doing anything they weren’t even busy

The service provided at this location exceeded my expectations. Chuck and the staff very understanding of my special needs sibling. They were very accomdating, by allowing us to see Dr.Henry, a bit earlier than the schedule appointment( we where from out of town). Chuck, during the eye exam was very kind and engaging toward my sibling during the whole process. Dr. Henry was courtesous, prompt and professional, she was very informative about my sibling's overall eye health and prescription. The Front Area Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about eye insurance plans, frames, pricing points and other general information. We will return in the future for our eye care needs.

Unprofessional. I called 3 times to schedule an eye appointment and got hung up on all three times. When I finally got in touch with someone they put me on hold for 30min. And hung up on me also. I wouldn't recommend this location to someone. Stay far away lol.

I've worn contacts for 45 years. Yes 45 years. I've never in my life experienced the rigamoro to get accurate contact lens prescriptions as i have here. I've been to expensive opthamalogists, optometrists and Walmart optical and Walmart optical is by far the BEST in competency, customer service and care. Why in this day and age is the ONLY way to get my prescription is if they FAX it to me? What century are we in?? I get an email to confirm my script and I click yes and someone would call me back. NEVER got a call. So I had to call myself and the girl said all she can do is FAX. So now, since I don't HAVE a fax machine (who does?!) I have to go to the office for the 4th time to get a piece of paper! Front office people definitely need some retraining on dealing with the public and answering phone calls. She was RUDE and par for the course as every visit here I was greeted by rude front desk people who made me feel like I was bothering THEM for walking in. I'm not excited to go back. I will NEVER EVER go back again after I get my most recent script. DON'T GO HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE IT WILL BE BETTER.

The customer service was good, and the optometrist was really nice.Unfortunately it’s been 3 weeks now, and I have yet to receive my frames. I was told it would take 2. So don’t go here if you need something right away.The two for 79.99 only applies to a very small selection of frames they had in stock, and with plastic lenses. I ended up getting some frames that were 2 for 129.99If you have astigmatism, and myopia like me, you know it’s almost always standard to get poly carbonate glass, which was another 140 upgrade. I only upgraded one of my frames which was 90$If you want to add A/R, or anything else it’s another hefty add on.In total I paid about $240 for two frames, one of them plastic, the other poly.

Do not go here! The 2 pairs for 79.99 is a rip-off. You're going to wind up paying hundreds of dollars for their glasses. Not to mention, they can't figure out how to even get me the prescription I paid for. They said the 6th, then the 9th. It's the 12th and I still don't have both pairs. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE.

I was at this location for my annual eye exam. As I sat at open area waiting to be seen by the doctor I saw this elderly man came out very pleased. He said and I quote "finally I met a doctor who understands me ." I never understood what he meant till I went in and met this wonderful lady Dr. Henry. She was very patient, pleasant and professional. She really understood everything I asked that day. Thanks for taking care of me and I do recommend her everyone.

Unprofessional and unfriendlyThe whole place could use customer service skillsDefinitely would not recommend this establishment.I just read all the reviews and they are all horrible!!Management still has not corrected the issues!!There are so many other companies to choose from and in close proximity to each other.Choose a different place and give your business to a company that actually cares!!

I was recommended by a friend, and absolutely thrilled. The service was great. My helper was Faith, she was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. They also have fabulous prices, I got two pairs of glasses with blue light protection and scratch resistant for half price of the prior glasses I had from a different place. No insurance is needed as well, so if you need a new pair of glasses, America's Best is your place!

Used my VSP insurance plus paid a premium to obtain 3 months worth of lenses, and did not receive what I paid for.The receptionist attempted to bill me another $70, but a gentleman, I'm assuming was the manager said he'll order another box. When I asked for a timeframe - he was unsure, but "maybe 3 weeks".This is not the first time I've had some miscommunication and issues with this place, and I will not be returning. I will, however, update you all as to whether or not I actually receive those lenses or if I need to take next steps.

I’ve going to this location in 2020. I thought ok, standard eye appointment. Then I met Leilani, this woman has the best customer service & she remembers the customers. I found that Houston has the worst customer service, then I amethyst her. If you want a location that truly takes care of there customers go to the Northwest Fwy location.Thank you Leilani for being there to assist my eye needs.

This location is great. Its clean and you get good fast service.Dr. Henry, April and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to inform me of the status of my eye health and all the steps of my exam. They have a good selection of frames at good prices. Come see for yourself.
