GlassDoctor, especially Johnny Gonzolas did a superb job installing replacement windows at our subdivision clubhouse. Would definitely recommend Johnny and his helpers to do any glass related job. They were polite, on time, cleaned up after completing the work.

I am very happy with the folks in Cypress. I don’t know the guys name that came out to replace my rear passenger side window on my Rams TRX but he was great. The price was very reasonable, and they even came out to my house to fix it and didn’t charge me a mobile repair fee. He even cleaned up all the glass that was in the cab of my truck, which I was so happy about because it was a royal mess thanks to the disgruntled Kamala supporters that broke into my truck yesterday.

"I had a terrible experience with Glass Doctor of Cypress. I went in to get a crack in my windshield fixed, but the whole process was very unprofessional.
When I tried asking questions before signing any paperwork, the employee just handed me a form and told me to
'just sign, saying that the chances of any issues were low. Feeling unsure, I went ahead and signed because he seemed confident that there wouldn't be any problems.
After the repair, he assured me it was done correctly, and I left. But the next morning, I found that half of my windshield had cracked! It was much worse than before I took it in. I contacted their customer service, hoping for some assistance, but they were no help at all and showed no interest in addressing the issue. I trusted Glass Doctor to fix my windshield, but instead, they made the problem worse and did nothing to make it right. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or professionalism.

Second time I’ve used them. The first was foot’s glass table cover. This time for. A shattered glass shower panel. Took awhile together the glass but installation was fast and efficient.
