Very good selection of shoes. Clothing section was ok not many choices. There are staffs always available for assistance. Nice and clean store. I also liked their accessories section. Good choices for hats socks hair accessories.

Briscoe was awesome! Helped us find a great fit for our boys, was extremely approachable and not pushy. It was a Sunday and there were tons of people there needing help and he was calm and cheerful

We visited the store for thanksgiving, discount was decent but not as good as San Marcos outlet has. So if you are in houston and don’t want to drive 3 hr to san marcos then you can come here.Keep in mind they did not have entire store type of discoont for thanksgiving but it was upto 60%.Also they did not allowed us to use the voucher which was bad as I was able to use it at san marcos on thanksgiving day in past years which at least cost me 20% more.

Ordered a backpack online and had it shipped to this store. The guy that checked me out was very sweet, & informed me that the backpack was on sale instore I wanted to exchange it. I told him no since I was in a rush, but he insist it wouldn’t take long. We did an exchange, he told me I don’t have to swipe my card because it would automatically go to the card that I paid online with - handed me a receipt.. easy right? Nope, I never received my refund from this transaction. I called the store multiple times, but was told they couldn’t do anything about it.& that I would have to contact adidas’s customer support. I did all that, here it is 2months later & I still HAVE NOT received my refund, even though I showed them proof of my receipt.. they informed me that it does not show I even picked up my backpack in the system. Smh

Darlene is sick based on my experience and others in these reviews. She claimed it costs the store $120 to ship an item to a store near me and they don't ever do this!!!! Another store did not have an issue shipping an item to a store near me. I should mention that she first told me that the item was not in stock!

Charged me more money instead of reimbursing for the return. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they ask me to drive to store to get my money back which they can easily do it over the phone with all the information regarding the purchase. Untrained staff, dont try to help customers rather just make life difficult for customers. Terrible customer service

I bought some clothes at a good price from the store. The problem is when the cashier asked for my email and I told her I rather not, and she told me it was for a receipt and they were out of receipt paper. She checked me out, handed me a PAPER RECEIPT, and now I’m on an emailing list I didn’t want to be on & no digital receipt! Asking for email is one thing, but blatantly lying about what my email will be used for is unacceptable!

Went in today to do an exchange because the shoes had a defect, and I showed the employee the defect part ...and He immediately responded with "those are worn shoes we can't exchange them" .. I got upset and left ...he didn't even see the whole shoe or both shoes....he was already assuming things... didn't if ask for the receipt...receipt is still good till tomorrow..bad customer service on his part...

It was extremely embarrassed when we were told shoes could not be returned and refunded otherwise could exchanged! No, we don’t want a exchange! We bought at least 8 shoes from this store for us and families just during this Christmas season, and only one pair of shoes ran little small then we decided to return it, just wore it in the store on the day trying on and I still remember I noticed the dirt since that day I purchased with a understanding that a lot of people might have tried it on,later wore it indoor of our house! I would like to post pictures if I could because there were many more new shoes in this store got dirt already before purchasing! This is first time happened and for my memory also the first time return an Adidas shoes! We felt so bad about this store and also Adidas and will call the main board office by searching the contact info online and tell all our friends about this experience because you have to be careful when you are going to buy a new shoes here if it’s been tried on and got dirt on the purchasing day and also need confirm with cashier or the supervisor let them know that: see this new shoes Im buying right now already look like this dirty on the bottom to make sure you change your ideas later and to return it just in 9 days!!!!! (Purchase on 12/17/2022, visited store 12/26/2022)

I went shopping here last Monday and there was the manager I believe his name was ed. He was so incredibly rude it was funny. My grandmother had asked him if we could get a bag for all the clothes I was holding. He said, “you can carry it yourself. Don’t be lazy. Other people need the bag more than you.” I couldn’t believe I was told that. Very rude store. Disorganized. Do not recommend shopping here.
