If you like discount-price shopping, this is the shopping place that you must visit. It is a bit out of Houston proper, but the drive is doable. There are plenty of good stores to browse and shop for!

Good parking and plenty of stores in an outside mall layout. Easy drive, so worth a visit.

Be careful before purchasing clothes from this store as likely this brand. I purchased defective clothes (unfortunately, I did not know this when I purchased it). I brought it home and noticed the flaws. I returned to the store shortly afterwards with the receipt and tags. The store said, they would not return it as it was damaged. Despite it not being worn, with full tags and a receipt (within the return window), they refused to exchange or return the product as they said it was damaged. I insisted it was purchased damaged (they should know that as quality companies know their products should last more than a day after the purchase). They said they have no idea what happened and they won't accept it. This was the manager and they said they won't direct me to someone who could help to help me as they said nobody would help me. This is the store you are dealing with and the brand... The clothes were never able to be worn and they blamed me by stating \\\"you need to be more careful on what you buy.\\\" I was thinking it was a quality brand / store like most others that care about quality, reliability and customer service...it sadly seems it's not. I think we need to be careful where we buy stuff from. This is not the store to buy things from, just imagine if you ended up getting a bad product and they treated you like this... I hope you never experience this.

Great place for a quick bite after shopping the many stores. You can definitely spend an entire afternoon here or just make a quick stop for and in and out shopping stop.

Compared to other Premium Outlets locations, I felt like this one didn't really measure up. It's fairly small and really only includes the absolute basics. IMO, the best store was Lululemon. It's missing most designer brands. If you're there for Tommy Hilfiger and Chico's, you've come to the right place. I should mention - I'm spoiled since my local Premium Outlet is Woodbury Commons (best in the USA!) We got there early and found parking easily. On our way out early afternoon it was PACKED, so get there early!

What an absolutely horrid experience!! I went in and picked up three items - one of those was from the clearance section. Clearance section typically had pants from $19.99 and $29.99. When it came to my turn, the checkout guy (who was new) went and asked his manger. He came back and said that it was $79.99! This in itself is bizarre- being Armani Exchange, who would the clearance be only a 30% discount? (All the other items were 80+% discounted). When I explained myself and told the manager that I picked this from the clearance section, she doubled down and said that is how the machine stamps it. I tried to explain that the rest are also similar to 20-30 price range. She refused to listen. The worst was yet to come - as soon as I turned, she and the other guy started laughing at me! I mean - at the very least, wait for me to leave the store!! This is in such a stark contrast to how they treat you at the Armani store. It was shocking and embarrassing.

Great variety of stores but Victoria Secret lacks on costumer service. Victoria Secrets store manager made me feel I was in the wrong for asking for proof a Victorias Secret Cashier did a correct refund. I had to travel an extra hour to get a receipt because Over the phone they couldn't verify my refund. Once I told the manager I was driving to Victoria secret she made me hold on the line and did my refund and stated now they have my receipt she had just found it! They did my refund over the phone, the Victoria secret representative didn't give me a refund. If it weren't because I called and asked for my refund plus drove out there to get the receipt I can assure I would of not gotten a refund. Never had a Victoria Secret team member been so unprofessional. I asked for the team members name and the manager of Victoria Secret said she couldn't tell me her name. I understand they are a team but I'm a paying customer that WASNT going to get her money back and still had to drive an hour extra just to make sure I got a receipt. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else shopping at Victorias Secret.

What can I say... it's an outlet. It has all the usual suspects: Nike, Victoria's Secret, a combination of mid to high end luxury brands (Coach, Kate Spade, Versace, etc). I like that they have covered awnings here and there to protect you from the sun (or in our case today, the rain). Today we just went in to grab a few Versace bags and with the rain there was no time to linger. I'll be back to check out the other stores later

Extremely rude and disrespectful personnel, the manager Tyrel Williams made me feel one of the most embarrassing days of my life. I was asking to try a pair of shoes and this person rudely told me that I can try only one shoe (the right or the left) but not both at the same time. When asked why, an employee told that they were afraid I will run with the shoes. No way I could try those shoes even when I was the only customer at that time (with 5 employees looking the scene). I am 48 years old and was there with my mom that have 70 years old. How they can think I am a thief? Because I am Latin? That discriminatory attitude made me feel humiliated, discriminated and embarrassed like never before. I love Armani and use to buy most of my clothes from the brand, even that day I was wearing Armani my self, but I don’t think I will ever buy in that store with that management again.

I appreciate how walkable this outlet mall is. In the span of an hour I was able to find all the items I was looking for and leave before it got too traffic heavy.

I'm always at this outlet! It's great. They keep adding new stores. Food court is good. Bathrooms are clean. Close to my grocery store and places I like to eat. Not far from work or my house.

If I can give 0 star I will. Employee is so rude. She is standing on door and lot letting people come inside the store. It’s 103 outside and only 6-7 customers inside the store. There are no SOP, Covid is done. No one else is doing this but only this one stupid lady who wants to show her power.
