The staff here gave misleading information and promos. I bought 3 jeans and they said I can exchange or get store credit. One day later, I wanted to return 1 jean by getting store credit. But the staff on that shift kept saying it is final sale so no turn and no store credit. The emtire store does not has any signs for clearance or final sale.Be careful when buying jeans/ clothes at this store. Need to have the staff sign on the receipt that “can return with store credit “. I have got horrible staff yesterday. So be careful! This is probably their trap- giving misleading information and promos to customers !!!

Great service. I was so happy to see their store here. I was able to find the perfect pair of black jeans! The store was very clean and organized. The fitting rooms were big enough to put down your shopping backs and try jeans on. The mirrors were big and spotless.

Apart from the great jeans (and good deals!), this place deserves 5 stars for truly stand out customer service. I've shopped here several times, and more than once have been helped out by the friendly, customer oriented staff. At one point the manager helped me to exchange a pair of jeans on an out-of-date receipt, honoring the original price although the sale was long over. Another time I found a pair I loved but they did not have the wash I liked in store, so they ordered them for me (sale price, no shipping costs!) and they came super quickly! Even though I don't live anywhere near this side of Houston, next time I need jeans I'll be back.
