The 7-Eleven App is a scam! Caution. For that matter the company is unethical and creepy on its practices through that app and it may be indicative of the whole company. Take your business to their competitors.Update: I was contacted by the company who made right their error. At least they care enough to act at the corporate level to do right when they see complaints on Google. Peace.

This 7-Eleven is so poorly managed. The pumps never work or out of gas, trash in the parking lot, water bottles in the front poorly stacked, slurpee machine hardly works and always sticky, bathrooms not clean and hot and ready food never available, and more. I live in the neighborhood and this store is slowly becoming an eyesore. I don’t blame the employees because they can only do as they are told and there seems to be high turnover. I worked in retail and the responsibility of a great running store is management. I would be happy when gas station across the street opens.

It's pretty annoying that this place never has gas! This is now the second/third time within a few weeks I've come here and there has been no gas smh!!! I won't be coming back to chance anything.

DON'T COME HERE!!! The gas price said $2.88 so my mom stopped by to get gas. But as soon as she goes inside to pay the clerk tells her the gas price is wrong and changed it to $2.99. Apart from false advertising its fraud since they wanna change the price inside when the big sign clearly says $2.88.

I made a quick stop here to get gas and my Texas Lottery ticket and Penni assisted me. She quickly got my tickets and talked me into getting 2 of the 7-elevin cookies! :) The cookies were tasty too! The store seemed to be new, clean, and well stocked.

My 16yr old son was falsely accused of committing a crime at the gas station and officers were called out on him and he was put in handcuffs and placed in the car for over and hour. Thank God he complied and was not harmed. No one contacted me at any point throughout this whole thing and at the point that I found out, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Kimberley, and she refused to assist me with understanding what went down and pushed me off to corporate with no direction. At this moment I am not sure if this was racially driven as I don't have all the information or have seen security footage but they did let him go with no charges but he was told that he is banned from the store, which to me is discrimination because they have no just cause. Some may say this is a case of mistaken identity but in our community, we all know that mistaken identity can get you killed. What if they mistaken his soda purchased as a weapon. We will not ever step into this store again and if you are a young black or brown male, I would be cautious of entering when manger Kimberley is present because since sharing my story, other similar stories have come out. I will not sit on what happen to my son. People don't realize what trauma this causes people and the thought of it happening every time you may enter into a coinvent store. Again I don't have many details but I will definitely get to the bottom of it.

Today 3/21/23 around 8 I went to get my daughters a snack and slushee after their cheer practice. When I went to the counter to pay the cashier lady took it upon herself to tell me how inappropriate one of their outfits were and how she should cover up and if she wanted to the store could deny serving her. A 5 year old?! I told her to let ME worry about it and she gave me the dirtiest look. We love this Seven Eleven because it’s clean and USUALLY the staff is nice but today was very uncalled for. Idk who she thinks she is.

Everytime I go there, they tell me to leave my backpack in front. They think I am a thief. They tell other customers to do it as well! No other 7Eleven treat customers like that.

Good job 7-Eleven good place to get a snack after a long day of school...especially the taquitos. The gas station is Clean restroom, floor. 7-Eleven if you read this comment you should collaborate with Pokémon GO like circleK does.

Always out of ice nothing works there the coffee machine this morning the coffee came out cold I went there 2 weeks ago there were no expresso beans in the machine and the machine and the lady blame the people From the night before instead of checking herself. Don't they understand that people are trying to get to work and just want coffee and to leave not having to go there and leave empty handed.
