I’ve had my RV stored at this facility for several months now. It was recently purchased, and now is owned by red Dot storage. Akila, the person managing the phone clearly has no interpersonal relationship skills, customer service, or intent on making money for the business. I had a terrible interaction with her and it felt like I was speaking to A robot. She was outright disrespectful! as a pain customer, I should never be spoken to by anyone who is servicing my accounts in this manner for this reason, I will be moving from this facility to vote with my dollar! I’m sure there will be many to follow!

DONT DO IT!!!!! This is one of the absolute WORST companies we have ever dealt with. If you already had a space, good luck and my the force be with you. We had a spot on auto pay with them, the lady in the office (the new owner) stopped our payment and called us while we were out of town to let us know she had rented our spot to someone else and was having us towed by the end of day. We had ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE of her canceling our payments and had no notice from management prior to letting us know we would be Towed. She would not work with us and basically said …”the spot has been rented to someone else and if you don’t pick up your camper by 5pm it will be towed!” She would not acknowledge any wrong doing on her part and refused to issue us a copy of our rental agreement we had signed with her. She is rude, crass and classless. If you are looking for true Texas hospitality and manners I would definitely look else where. We stored with them for three years with multiple units, the new owners have completely ruined this place.

I have stored at this facility for a number of years. I store my RV there in a outside parking spot. The facility has great owners and is a safe place. At one point I had my RV a 24' car trailer and a Truck camper stored there. Never had any issue. We are now planning to rent an interior unit for my fathers items. Cant beat this place for price and convenience.

2 RVs stolen from the storage lot and twice flooded - beware! Complete lack of assistance, customer service, accountability and empathy.
