Great for cardio with the air-conditioned space, plenty of machines available. The weight area is great. Dumbells go up to 120lb unless I missed seeing something heavier.

Need to review behavioral issue with one of the trainers, Bald older guy was training with customer morning on 08.16.24 I was going for an empty lat pull down and he jumped in and stopped me said rudely
" you can't get on there I'm using it " if you have some gym manners you would ask nicely or say you can use it in between our sets, or state how many sets you have left away from done. I always share the equipment I'm using because that's how it should be done. I never keep anyone from working out between my sets especially on a busy morning.
I Love the gym but not that kind of attitude.
Ps you have a no gym bags policy on the workout floor, ENFORCE IT !!

Every time I tried to cancel my membership I wasn’t given correct instructions. They kept charging me. Requested a refund that shows in their system but I never got the money back in my credit card. I should have read the reviews prior to joining the gym. A lot of people are complaining that they are not transparent when it comes to money.

Thieves will not cancel your membership when you request it. They keep billing you for months and hide from you like little rats.

Unfortunately I will be leaving this gym ONLY because they do not offer a sauna for the price that most gyms that do. I got the annual membership price and I can’t lie the gym isn’t bad at all, I really only use the stair master which are very new and amazing stair masters, everywhere else seems really clean too. But to not have a sauna at the end of my workout has been really frustrating so I’ll have to find somewhere that does. Other than that, the gym isn’t bad, 4 stars because of that.

Overall a great gym. Would rate 5 stars if there was another giant ceiling fan on the right half of the gym and maybe more than just one of certain machines as it does get crowded at times. Still would recommend to other for the price.

went into crunch fitness to cancel my membership ended up paying $80 for that while on the peak membership staff was nice but very much a lack of transparency with billing and couldn't get a refund for it, the gym itself is okay it gets really busy and crowed sometimes definitely felt cheated out of money for only going one month..

Do not even think of joining this gym. They charge you for annual fee within a month of signing without letting you know when you sign up. When you cancel they still keep charging after the paper you got for cancellation says $0.00 fee remaining, what the hell is that. When you talk to them about fees charge they never see a charge on their end, really; oh but you do see them on your bank account From them. Staff lack of information. Do not join them, they suck!!!

Dont think on going here, they charge for everything and dont tell you in advance. When you try to dispute a charge they never know anything, nothing comes up on their end they clame. Worst gym ever. They try to get you with their classes and they suck, hardly anyone shows up, plus classes they dont even have and show on adds. If you want to loose money on them go ahead, but I am telling dont go spend your money with them, you will never get refunded but yes they will charge you like crazy for everything. Never been to gym as bad as Crunch Fitness!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Not only will you be greeted by super friendly and helpful staff members the gym itself is amazing! There is tons of equipment, fun classes, and the facility is clean! Not to mention they have very knowledgable trainers who will help you reach your goals!

The lights can be distracting when you lay down in any sort of benching movement.
You need noise cancelling headphones; The music can be loud sometimes.
Peak hours can be pretty crowded, but that's no different than any other gym.
I wish the Turf area had more organization. As it is, it's just a big open area that people use pretty randomly.
If you are waiting for some equipment, there isn't really place for you to stand to wait without being in someone else's way.
It's got what you need for a great workout, but it's pretty limited when it comes to classes if that's what you're looking for.
There is no enforcement by staff for re-racking weights, and the lack of gym etiquette is oddly high.
