Omg you can't even answer your phone! Why? I'm trying to call about a PO box. What is the problem? Why can't you have a phone number to talk to a human and not some AI robot?

Worst place to drop off packages, rude and lazy employees. Place is used as a day care with children handling people’s packages

Absolutely worst customer service in a Post Office I've ever experienced. Just flat out rude!! If you need to ship anything make sure you have cash or check. I thought when I moved to this small town people would be more friendly but that lady behind the counter in this post office acted like I owed her money!!!!
