The Cushing tx post office did a wonderful job of getting my mail to us quickly. It was addressed to my physical address that has no box. They forwarded it to my po box in Sacul tx with in a few days of my calling them.Great service from the Cushing office.

Taking my son to drop of a package I wanted to send internationally. The lady denied service because I had to fill out my shipping info online and print it. After explaining I’ve shipped overseas for 6 years and always filled out a paper in the post office since I don’t have a printer. The answer to that was ‘ oh well I have the paper here but then that means I have to fill out the addresses in the system’. My answer was, ‘yes so I guess it’s all about you not wanting to take the time and effort to do it’ and she replied, ‘no exactly’.What?! I’m shocked at this point, so I said it means you won’t help me ship it? ‘No sorry’-Where I ask so I have to drive to Nacogdoches where I usually go but Cushing is closer. She said ‘well you have to wait over there too for them to put it in the system’ which I answered with, yes it takes less than 5 minutes!!She says something along the lines of ‘well I don’t know what to tell you.’Not to mention I have my baby in a stroller and a heavy package in my arm, struggling to get in and out the door. No help. Nothing. This was just a case of not wanting to help and do her job. I have never experienced this. Now I have to drive 40 minutes to another City with my baby. Where everything could’ve been done within 10 minutes if she did her job.
